There is a new position opening at the club. Administrative Assistant. A position that would require the ability to act with discretion and independently. Of course one needs to be Registered to work at the club, so that is a requirement that cannot be worked around. There could be an opportunity to work from home, in addition to coming to the club a couple times a week to check, collect files, and paperwork. That is, if a level of trust is earned over the course of the month-long probationary period and of course the training process.
