Who would I best talk to in relation to purchasing a shop to open a restaurant in? If there isn't a place ready to be sold is there someone who could help me build/renovate a place?

Hello, I'm Ren Night and I've just moved here with my partner ___ and our daughter Mirabelle. We were previously from England. ___ Managed to get a job here hence the move. I'm a cook, mostly Chinese but I can cook anything and it turns out perfect (that's my power). I'm The Little Old Lady from The Gingerbread Man. I don't mind you knowing all of that. I'm registered in Maningrida as well as in England so you would have been able to find out the information regardless.

I'm looking for a job as a cook/chef or I might open up a Chinese restaurant if there's enough interest? I own a chain in the UK and my mother's family has always owned and operated some as well so it wouldn't be new to me.

I'm looking forward to getting to know all of you.
