Traditionally, I host a Q&A session in my Introduction to Tales course during Tale Appreciation Month. It is open to any who wish to attend - a panel of speakers representing the various thoughts around Tale identity come and discuss their experiences, how they view their Tales or Tales in general, and answer any questions that those in attendance may have.

This year, I will be hosting it on the 24th. It will start promptly at 6:30p.

If you would like to volunteer to be a speaker, please let me know. I'm not particularly fussed about whether your identity is known or not, so long as you are able to eloquently express your views and are willing to answer questions from an audience.

I am not quite as sadistic as other instructors to assign pre-lecture readings, but do check your syllabus to ensure you do not have anything that must be done before you step foot in the classroom.

It seems there is discussion on Anti-Villain and Anti-Witch discrimination laws. This has all given me a headache [...] Perhaps we ought to begin looking at who is running for Council in addition to ousting Coleson.

Additionally, do we think it worthwhile to put together a list of reasonable reforms to current potion regulation? Should we get Jake elected, he would be well informed as to what changes would need to be made, but it would be the Council that would move forward with the legislation. [...] We have an offer of help, if we desire it. Though she is a headache waiting to happen

Coleson has addressed his educational reform here and here. He is remaining rather purposefully vague, and, if it truly is expanding the breadth of courses offered and requiring Tale education as a core competency (as it seems from his discussion with Ms Stavros), I do not understand why he is making it a cornerstone of his campaign.

(1) Anime night Sunday night, if you're free? I've had a chance to binge watch several series since I was stuck indoors for nearly a week.
(2) Berserk was an utter failure I'd like to erase from memory, but Cheer Boys!! is unexpectedly cute. It's about college boys who decide to form an all male cheer squad. It's similar to Free! but it's cheerleading instead of swimming.
(x) The boys aren't as shippable but not every show can have a flawless near-canon ships like Reigisa and Makoharu.
(3) There is a lot less fanservice, but it seems to be a solid show.
