As some of you know, this part of the year is verrae special for us Scots. As such, Clan McIntyre would like to invite you to a pre-Hogmanay gathering this Friday for celebratory food, drinks, and to send 2016 on its bloody way.

Aye, no celebration would be complete without some extra firepower. Details to come.

I'm going to spin tonight if anyone's interested in getting an early start on their January fitness reset in time to burn off a few holiday pounds for New Years parties. Only about 8% of people will actually succeed with the resolutions they make, so it's better to set achievable goals now and stick with them. This article will help provide a platform for you to build off of if you're interested in being part of the successful 8%.

Class starts at 7:00. I hope to see some of you there.

FILTERED TO FAITH HYLAND AND MARTY SOLVERSON
Now that the holidays are more or less over, I wanted to bring up the subject of hosting self-defense seminars that would be open to anyone who's interested. I'm sure there are people interested outside the Academy who wouldn't be able to enroll in professor Solverson's classes, and I talked to a group of my friends after the last kidnappings and they were willing to attend. I really think that the both of you would offer some great tips for self-preservation should anything happen again - especially, Faith, since you can help us give special tips to us women since we seem to be the target audience happenstance or not. None of us like feeling helpless and it might bolster people's confidence if they learned some moves in various scenarios to protect themselves.

I'm more than willing to help market these and facilitate the sign up if you could consider donating your time and expertise.

What's a good place to go in January? I've covered parts of the Northeast and west in the US before. And Ontario. But I'm still willing to check out cool places in those locations.

I'm going somew to Oregon sometime after New Year's. I'll be gone most of the month. I'll let you know if I head someplace else.

I'm glad the reindeer seem to have been a Christmas thing and not a winter thing. It's much easier to sort out the reindeer-related vandalism without them around to impede efforts to return items of set things to rights.

Luckily, I did not actually have to actually duel one. While it would have made an excellent story later, I doubt it would have been that present during the moment.

Um. Does anyone have any relaxation tips? I've tried yoga, but I seem to keep thinking about my thesis can't clear my mind. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Or maybe I should just wait to relax next year. That might be better.

Haven't really used this much yet, but I guess it's better late than never, right?

Long story short, I take pictures. I'm very good at the whole picture-taking thing. So if you're planning to host a party or an event or whatever for New Year and would like it documented in a serious and professional manner, let me know? And I'll do it, for a very reasonable prize.

I have a portafolio that can be perused, of course.

Did I get this right Hey! We talked before. When I was taking pictures? And you said you did too.

Since you seem to know your way around, would you mind showing me some good spots? Nothing too fancy, but there's so much to see in Woodsbridge I don't want to miss anything.

Wishing everyone joy and security in the spirit of the season.

Hope you've all had safe and uneventful holidays.

As we all get back into the swing of things, I wanted to hear your thoughts on potentially setting up a neighborhood watch program. My thoughts: can't hurt anything, might foster a sense of community, might help people feel safer in some dangerous times.

If anybody's interested in taking point or working with me on it, chime in. Even if you've just got opinions, I'll be looking for them.

Give a shout if you need anything.

Know what to do with yourself now that you've done three times as much school as your old man did?

[BONE]
How're you and your roommates getting on?

[MAUDE]
You want to have half the neighborhood around for New Years?
