[The encrypted information transfer program shows up through the journals a few hours after his call with Selina and discussion with Jason. How does it get there? It just does. It's less a barging-in like happens with the Gotham kids, and more a polite but insistent knock on the door for JARVIS to answer, making it obvious that it's not there to try to secretly hack into his systems. There's no name attached to it, but there is a note and the program includes a messenger function to talk to the original owner.]

Stark- Detailed disease info. Start transfer immediately.

I've trouble, I'm afraid. Nico took my mobile, so don't return my call. I'll forgive the rudeness. He knows, you see. I'm sure of it. There were texts upon it, so I left. I'll remain at the hotel until it's safe. [She can't remember if she ever mentioned the hotel before, but it's unimportant.] But I figured you both should know that he knows, and Leo likely, also. I've no idea what happens to the studio now. [A long pause, and she decides not to mention the three dead Giacoma outside at all, so as to not implicate Silver.] I'm dreadfully sorry. [Click.]

I'm a little late about this, but did you want your scarf back? I appreciated the gesture but it's a little too nice for my apartment.

[She hasn't slept more than a few minutes at a time. Her computer screens are filled with infection reports, hospital records, and military movements. One screen is devoted to Johnny Masterson. His most recent chart updates are in the uppermost window. Her breath comes across the comm first for a few seconds before her voice. There's very little inflection left in her voice, though it does shake a little.]

Is there anyone left that isn't sick?

The Army and the National Guard arrive in Gotham to provide assistance. Some are dressed in fatigues, most are dressed in contamination suits like the WHO and CDC, all are carrying weapons.

Looting remains a problem. Some humanitarian aid is being passed out to clearly identified homes in need of help.

The CDC gets the first look at the virus and a new press release is available, urging all but the sickest to remain in their homes, anyone with symptoms are asked to quarantine themselves. A ticker at the bottom of all major stations handled by Gotham repeats the news, symptoms, and a running list of open schools, hospitals, and churches. The public is urged to avoid hospitals, doctor offices, ERs and Urgent Cares unless absolutely necessary.

Gotham General is placed under quarantine and people are turned away at the doors and directed towards Gotham Memorial. Within hours, Gotham Memorial, already dealing with their own burn victims is overrun. Tents and trailers are brought in to help deal with the overflow.

Gotham Children's Hospital, owned by the Wayne Foundation, restricted visitation prior to the outbreak and as the news of an Ebola pandemic is released, they go into full lockdown. No one is allowed in or out, no new patients are admitted, and no signs of the illness are present.

John Masterson remains quarantined at his hotel room in Berlin. Margaret Masterson dies in PICU. Johnny Masterson speaks the last words he will ever say as he tells his nurses that "Nightwing promised him he could be Batman's new Robin" and lapses into a coma (this is not reported to the news, but is mentioned in his chart). In the ICU, Mary Masterson has begun to have seizures.

Amongst immunocompromised patients, the death toll spikes.
