Charming weather, Las Vegas. Had I known that we were going to be plunged into the 1930's, I would have hired a swing band and made a fête of it.

So everyone gets up in arms when certain parties get arrested and thrown into Arkham City. I imagine there are already 'rescue plans' underway to get them free.
