[A small thirty second story runs on the late night report, news only because it concerns a minor celebrity, Phoebe Lee, a regular on a long-running soap opera. The twenty-something red-head is known for her partying and her drug habit is an open secret, so no one takes her very seriously when she says she was drugged and kidnapped by a man she can't describe on the way back to her hotel from a construction party (currently the rage) Downtown. Lee told the police that she woke up in the back of a still-running but empty car, and managed to escape before the man returned. As she had a large amount of cocaine in her system the blood report is inconclusive, and there's no physical evidence or witnesses to back up her story. The incident is largely forgotten by noon the following day.]
