I've been forced on a mini vacation because I ended up turning all of the pencils at the station into sunflowers. Baby hormones have been fun.

Recommendations on what to do for the next week or so?

I know we aren't technically Americans, but I like celebrating the holidays of the world/country we're in, so. Kil Dad gave me permission to throw a 4th of July celebration on his ship tomorrow night! I'm making a ton of food, snacks and desserts (and champagne??), and I'm going to decorate with blankets and pillows everywhere. We're going to sail out onto the water so we can watch the fireworks from the perfect spot.

So. Family, extended family, friends, Liam's boyfriend, anyone who wants to see the fireworks from an awesome place in Hawaii?

Help! What should I wear?

I'll be working Mischief Night and Halloween this year, so a few warnings to everyone:

1. Check your kid's candy haul. If it looks tampered with, assume that it has been and throw it out.
