It’s Friday, so while the rest of the world is out getting their grande nonfat tiramisu lattes (hold the whip), I’m here at the hospital wondering how hard some people’s heads really are. I know we stress don’t text and drive all the time, but guys, don’t text and walk either. I just finished stitching up a kid’s forehead from where he tripped and fell into a fountain, knocking his head on the way down, all because he was texting his girlfriend that he was running late to breakfast. Now he’s really late, but props to him for just receiving a few bruises and stitches. It could have been a lot worse, but Hard Head Harry got lucky.

So, make sure you keep your eyes on the path you’re taking when you’re walking so you don’t have to come in for me to stitch you back up because the fountain suddenly jumped out and tripped you. It sounds like common sense, but here we are.

Tldr; watch where you're going if you have to text and walk, and I’ll get off my soapbox. It’s time for coffee #3.

I'm wet, cranky that I'm not buoyant enough to float and I've spent the last three weeks studying for finals that now I won't have to take. I won't be doing junior year over and there's no way finals are the same in 2015 as they are in 2037. You guys haven't even had a female President.

Can someone come pick me up from the police station? I'm technically a minor, so I have to have some kind of guardian and considering I'm related to half the people here, they're covering their bases. Mostly I just think the officers and detectives are all scared of mom.
