I apologize for any rudeness I showed upon my arrival, particularly to those who greeted me at the fort police station. Due to circumstances beyond my control I am forced to be suspicious of unfamiliar magic, and my new body came as a shock.

My name is Herah Adaar, and I am the Inquisitor. There's no need to call me anything other than Herah, especially now that we're here. I'm Qunari, although I realize I don't look it presently. I understand that I'm a character in some form of popular game, which I don't understand but I'm glad the legends of the Inquisition transcend worlds, at least. Assuming we'll win I consider myself a friend to all people, and hope that I can be useful here now that you've shown us such great hospitality. I fight with a sword and a shield, but I would lay them down in an instant for peace.
