Have we basked in the glow long enough?

I don't remember passing through Sagittarius A, there's nothing in the lab that would have been able to manipulate space propulsion to such a degree, so far the Kerr ring theory hasn't been proven - a Kerr ring hasn't been discovered - I can't find any evidence of a cosmic string capable of producing a closed timelike curve, I don't think I can fit into a quauntum foam environment even on a non-green day and I definitely didn't stumble upon a Einstein-Rosen bridge in a pho restaurant in lower Manhattan.

Which is to say that I don't think I get this portal.
