Ah, Hawaii Youth Correctional Facility. Had I been born in this era, I likely would have ended up at one of these. Or ran into Porthos in one. Instead, I'll be working there, in an outreach program to help set kids on the right path and get them the help they need.

It's over-crowded, there's no order and guards that would rather intimidate the teens than help them. I plan on changing that, thankfully with a bit of favors called in from HPD and a long conversation with the Governor. Wish me luck, I've a feeling I'm going to need it.
