I've thought about this for a while and what it will mean, and I've decided to take up Peggy Rogers' offer to try for a field position with MI13. There's no guarantee that I'll get one, but I need to try for myself. I haven't had much chance to honor my code the last few years since things calmed down after BHHS exploded, and I won't lie and say that I'm not itching for a chance to try and make a difference.

I'll have to go stay in London for a while for qualifications and testing if I make it, and then it feels like it would pretty open about where I'd be based due to teleporters. I haven't figured out the particulars just yet, but I still want to finish my degree and steal Lydia's almond milk on a regular basis and stay in Paris.

I leave for basic training on the 8th.

I might only be half American, but I'm pretty sure July 4th is my favourite holiday with an entire evening dedicated to the rocket's red glare and bombs bursting in air.
