Timeline of events: -- Plot Summary event description: God and Satan build the realm and start to gather their pawns. Starting characters are either asked by Lucifer or Metatron to take part in the ultimate battle, or Lucifer zaps them there without giving them a choice.
-- Lucifer decides to observe Light a little, before Strix interrupts. Light gets a few answers from Lucifer as Lucifer and Strix piss each other off here. Strix proceeds to get drunk and destroy every clock in the room as Light watches, and they proceed to piss each other off as well.
-- Strix, having left room 102 as messy as she left it after the talk with Light, proceeds to get drunk with Dr. Cox and Emerald as Jazz watches. Sal pops in long enough to stare at the sight and be disgusted, and leave. Afterwards, Strix is unwilling to return to the room she shares with Light to sleep and decides to sleep outside. Lucifer waits outside of Sal's room to catch Sal, where they discuss a way to hinder the resident delusional Japanese perfectionist.
-- River explores Asgard at night. Mitchell stumbles upon her and they begin to dance.
-- Once Henry finishes preparing his photographs, Alessa asks to see them. She goes to Henry's room and there he shows her the photos.
-- Light, hungry in his once-again-living form, goes searching for food in Niflheim until he notices Blythe wandering nearby outside. They speak to each other despite Blythe's cautious nature, when Una shows up. Both Light and Una seem to display a pleasant demeanor to Blythe, yet they have other intentions...
-- Light convinces Lucifer to give him a weapon to defend himself with -- with unexpected consequences.
-- Strix finally returns to the room she shares with Light, but only to gather her things. She's unable to keep quiet, however, and ends up yelling at Light. Light doesn't seem to be bothered until she slams him into a wall and injures his head, after which he fires a shot into her shoulder. Strix's intentions go from hurting him to actually killing him, and Lucifer appears between them. He forces her to leave before helping Light out due to the resident doctor's busy state in the study. She ends up dragging herself in a daze until Balam and Dr. Cox find her.
-- Jazz, Strix, Emerald and Carrion's plot begins to take action when Jazz goes up to the tower for Carrion’s contribution.
-- Henry ends up feeling overwhelmed by his sudden role as a leader and heads to the pool to think about things only to be interrupted by Will, Alessa and Blythe.
-- Alice stumbles upon Light and L fighting over the communications system and becomes disturbed. This leads to Will visiting her to see if he can make her feel better while at the same time showing her how Earth has changed since she lived there.
-- Kain and Lina get acquainted, and find they have the whole saving the world thing in common. They discuss princes and horses, which leads to Kain deciding that Lina isn't that bad.
-- L finds a poison to use against Light, and proceeds to attempt to use it on Light. Instead, Light gets the upper hand and rapes L [Secretary Note: NC-17 content is no longer allowed in CU. Check the Ratings Explantion Thread for more details].
-- While sparring with Nix, Mitch collapses due to his fever, and Frank enters as he tries to gather the Asgardians for L’s rescue party. Kamina also pops in to offer moral support. Alice tends to Mitch; he is somehow able to control fire. Around the same time, Henry and Frank go to retrieve L in the woods. Afterwards, Frank keeps L company as Blythe comes to offer assistance.
-- Midvalley, Gin and Eileen are transported to the realm.
-- Una and Sal trash the tower, Una and Carrion's sleeping quarters. A few hours later when he returns, Carrion gets pissed off. Light and L rendezvous.
-- Glitch and Walter arrive!
-- Dorian finds Glitch and Ichimaru finds them. Ichimaru "insists" that Dorian give Kain a message when Metatron interrupts and walks both Dorian and Glitch to Asgard. Walter hides out in Emptiness only to be found by Alessa. Also in Emptiness, Shinji explores and finds Sal. In Asgard, Henry gives Eileen a tour of sorts.
-- After L and Light’s most recent rendezvous, Lucifer takes Light to the side for a little talk. Later, Light and Dante visit Emptiness for some alchemy supplies.
-- Before arriving to the party, Jazz talks to Midvalley about becoming a “third.” The Tristan-holo, Strix, and Emerald then set out for their mission.
-- Asgard has its first party, which has been set up by Dorian and Mitchell. Shinji, Dorian, and Mitch hang out while L mingles with Blythe and Kain. L soon discovers that the punch has been spiked generously with alcohol (courtesy of Dorian) and becomes drunk. The situation reaches a level too ridiculous for Kain, so he decides to go, leaving Blythe to use her magick on L so that he can sleep off the alcohol.
-- Beginning that evening, Light asks Niflheim for help in bomb-making materials. Suspicious, Carrion hears Light out (he cites that Asgard/L may be making bombs) and the Prince of Midnight becomes paranoid about what Light is planning. After composing himself, Carrion then asks the Niflheimers (excluding Light) of what they think of Light’s request; Lucifer sees Carrion’s entry and responds by offering a prize to anyone who can convince Light to work for Niflheim properly.
-- Carrion, who seeks Lucifer’s reward, tortures Light to force a submission to Niflheim. Walter enters Light’s room by mistake after he’s been tortured, and the two spark an uneasy friendship.
-- A few days later, Mitch saves “Tristan” from a man-eating plant monster and puts the seemingly innocent man and his pet owl up in Asgard.
-- Bodyswitch Day. On this Malfunction Day: Light, being stuck in Will's body, also gets saddled with his alcoholism. Jazz runs across him (while in Midvalley's body) and keeps Light company while he drinks. Kain (Frank) finds out Blythe (Gin) is in horrible pain, and along with Frank (Mitch) he goes to see if she's alright. Turns out she isn't.
-- Will wakes up as Strix, and ponders using this opportunity to learn more about Niflheim. However, before that can happen, Strix whips him up into a frenzy. After being provoked by Strix (Balam), Will (Strix) undergoes a change into Strix's monster form and rampages though Asgard, attacking L (Alessa). Frank (Mitch), who had been on the way to check on Will anyway, jumps to L's rescue. Just as things were getting serious, Bodyswitch Day ended and everyone ended up back in their own bodies.
-- Between Bodyswitch Day and Questions Day, Kain and Dorian spar. Emerald disappears with no warning [no thread].
-- Will makes a post attempting to explain his actions, and apologizing for his behavior. He makes up with Henry, and most of Asgard seems to understand.
-- Henry finally tells Eileen how he feels about her, and is overjoyed to learn that she feels the same way. The two quietly begin a relationship.
-- Light and L meet once again, this time in an old western styled saloon. After a short discussion, Light shoots himself. L seeks aid for Light, and help arrives in the form of Dante.
-- L is less than amused that most of Asgard seems to be all right with Will's actions.
-- Not knowing that Una is up to mischief, Glitch allows her inside Asgard while he goes out to wander alone. As Una explores Asgard, she comes across Alessa. Kain also finds Una and tries to learn more about Gin from her while removing the banshee from the premises.
-- Dorian encounters Balam training in the woods, and Strix in her owl form interrupts. Balam urges Dorian to return to Asgard; when Dorian goes to leave, Strix follows close behind and reveals herself; she tricks Dorian into believing that she is harmless and friendly and he believes that she is a wood nymph.
-- “Kira” emerges as Light’s alter ego and begins threatening L and Blythe. In particular, Light specifically tells Blythe that she is his weapon to use against L. Una then gives Light a “talking to” about threatening her targeted prey, the oracle.
-- L, somewhat reassured by the fact that a locater chip is embedded in his arm, agrees to meet Light in Emptiness. Light claims to have gained control of his murderous alter ego, but L's reason for meeting with him has to do with what is being planned concerning Blythe.
-- A much-needed break from the drama occurs as Pirate Week turns both mansions into pirate ships and the characters into pirates/pirate wenches! Jazz and Midvalley hang out on the decks of Niflheim; Henry meets Zefiris on the decks of Asgard. After being teased by Shinji, Lina meets him on the beach where Emptiness used to be; she’s intent on fighting, but Shinji is too relaxed to care. Schrodinger and Sal come to an agreement; Mello picks on Light. Dorian, Mitch, Morana and the others more or less enjoy themselves throughout the week.
-- Out of revenge for Blythe, Alessa goes out for a showdown with Sal.
-- Kain and Dorian help Zefiris with physical combat. Mitchell leaves Asgard for an afternoon to take a break from struggling with his riddle and encounters Balam at Looking Glass Lake. The demon helps the firestarter with training with fire.
-- Kain and L start fighting over the comm. system on Fancy Dress Day (a day where everyone is dressed in fancy and ridiculous costumes); though Blythe tries to intervene, the boys start a real fight in the training area. The detective uses this moment to test a poison on the dragoon. Blythe comes in at the end of the fight and takes care of Kain. The next day, L meets with Light.
-- Bloody Hands Day announces which characters have killed in the past by covering their hands in blood. Alessa warns Henry and Eileen that Valtiel wants to kill them; in response, the worried couple spends time together discussing what to do about Valtiel and comforting each other. Already depressed and looking for a fight, Kain once again confronts Gin. Light forces L to meet with him in order to test L’s sincerity during this malfunction day.
-- In the newly created sickroom, Metatron heals the wounds that L recently received from Light; the result is that the injury is transferred to Metatron, but Asgard’s leader keeps his condition hidden. Frank visits Alice and Lina in the sickroom.
-- Lina and Alice wake up thanks to Blythe’s antidote! Alice’s first order of business is to explain to Blythe plans for helping Misa; she starts to befriend Misa and continues to speak with Carrion. In contrast, the redheaded sorceress asks to speak with Kain and they talk in private about what to do about Misa.
-- Balam warns Mitch about Banru's intentions; the Asgardian decides to keep quiet for the moment until he can figure out what to do about Banru.
-- The night of the Halloween Party arrives! The Asgardians arrive dressed up in their costumes of choice. Dorian and Frank figure out that the person in the scary Pyramid Head costume is Alessa. Eileen, dressed as the Fairy Queen Titania, speaks with Henry, who is dressed as a knight with white armor. Lina doesn't join the party, but she stands guard outside of Asgard's entrance, along with Darth Vader.
-- Kain confronts Blythe the day after the party. Though she tries to escape out of her bedroom window, Kain "catches" her and gets her to talk to him. They decide to begin a relationship.
-- Myre of Niflheimer encounters Darth Vader of Asgard. While watching out for his pet, L comes across Schrodinger and they discuss what the catboy did to Dorian.
-- Sydonai (a neutral NPC) arrives in Emptiness to set up her shop and begins to talk with the other inhabitants.
-- In order to get information on Walter/Valtiel and Alessa, and to get at Jazz, Sal kidnaps Eileen and leaves a note for Henry and Mitch. After Mitch sends an emergency message to Henry for finding the note, the two Asgardians both go to meet Sal. The asexual Niflheimer gets as much information as he can before he orders a trade between Mitch and Eileen.
-- Sal takes Mitch to Niflheim and, with magical protection from Banru, proceeds to beat the crap out of the firestarter. Sal then orders Mitch at gunpoint to kill Midvalley in front of Jazz with a gun that Sal provides. In the end, Mitch refuses; Midvalley and Jazz remove Mitch from Sal, and deliver the Asgardian to his friends.
-- Two days after the kidnappings of Eileen and Mitch, Blythe and Alessa begin their mission.
-- Irritated by the snow, Sal decorates Niflheim in a macabre fashion for the holidays, and is helped by Una. Meanwhile, in a much more peaceful scene at Asgard, Tohru shows Blythe the snow for the first time.
-- L tries to teach Misa how to better protect her entries over the comm. system, and they end up doing a much different activity. Sal talks to the Niflheimers about his idea to cause a rift in Asgard while the Asgardians prepare for Christmas.
-- Blythe and Kain take their relationship to the next level. A few days later, Blythe reveals her dark secret with Kain and Alessa; because of the nature of Blythe's world, the blind oracle will feel an uncontrollable urge to sacrifice a human on New Years Eve. She requests help of the two to prevent Blythe from harming anyone.
-- New Years Eve arrives. Kain and Alessa watch over Blythe, who becomes increasingly agitated and violent as the hour approaches midnight. The oracle escapes the first time and Morana finds herself in trouble before Blythe's guardians intervene. Blythe escapes a second time and encounters L, but without enough time for the ritual, Blythe runs to hide in the maze instead of killing him. Alessa waylays L while Kain and Morana chase after Blythe; the evening ends with Alessa, Morana, and Kain escorting Blythe back into Asgard safely.
-- A few days into the new year, Morana takes Mitch to the Chapel of Melody, where Morana practices her power; she shares her fears about her inability to defend herself or others with her fellow Asgardian.
-- Carrion and Banru initiate their plans to find Niflheim's traitor by plaguing their teammates with nightmares. A search party is organized by Dorian for L and Misa, but the two Asgardians had left the realm via portal. Mello also leaves. Lucifer gives Emerald an idea for dealing a blow to Asgard by obtaining an item from Sydonai.
-- Another malfunction kicks in as Zombie Attack Week begins! The entire realm is flooded by the walking undead. While many Asgardians fight to keep their mansion and their fellows safe, many Niflheimers have fun simply knocking out the pests.
-- Strangely enough, God and Satan decide to add new members to their teams during this week! Reno and Yako Katsuragi join Niflheim. Rosa Farrell, L’Arachel, and Raziel join Asgard. Kamina re-joins Asgard.
-- Emerald carries out her mission, successfully poisoning Asgard's barrier. Metatron uses his powers to keep up the barrier around Asgard at the price of his own health and strength. The angel collapses as he sends a message to his team.
-- Medusa, Carrion, Una, Midvalley, and Walter gather to put Medusa's plans for Lina Inverse into motion. Midvalley lures the sorceress, who finds a trap when she refuses to convert to Niflheim's side.
-- Rosa goes to visit Metatron while Kain worries for Blythe, who suffered the loss of her life's work in the fire.
-- Sydonai contacts Dorian and they make a bargain, which will help to cure Metatron. Dorian and the others must find several "talismans" scattered throughout the realm, with only riddles as hints. The Asgardian shares the first poem-riddle with the rest of his team.
-- Truth Day causes the realm's residents to speak only the truth. Reno decides to hold a drinking game during this day with Yako, Banru, and Balam. In Asgard, Alessa tries to get the Asgardians to talk about taking a more offensive stance against Niflheim. While speaking with Mitch, Metatron reveals some of his concerns about that taking that sort of path.
