Where: Jacob's room
When: late afternoon
What: another magical project
Time for another project. Jacob always liked to have another magical focus and this was for a good cause as any, to make people happy. Children happy, apparently. He didn't know when he was the sweet type, but it couldn't be helped. Addie had asked him to help her and he couldn't say no. They had agreed to meet in his room to work on it and before then, he sifted through the books he had in order to find the right spells to create what was necessary.
He waited for Addie to turn up and unlocked the door, having a sip or two of soda. If only it were some alcohol, but otherwise he wouldn't be able to cast any spells as it was. A strand of red licorise dangled from his lips as he tore off a piece with his teeth. Finally she entered the room and he moved to the bed so they could have a more comfortable place to study. "You owe me for this," he said. "If only we'd be paid for this." He was somewhat grumbly about this because money was always an issue.
