Who: Maeve and Jonah
What: A blind date!
Where: Meeting in the car park and then out for dinner.
When: Friday night!

When Maeve had received the message from Wes asking if she would go on a date with Jonah it had been a surprise. Had she been a different person she might have kicked up a fuss about the fact she had been chosen for not being blonde and for being single, but he also said he chose her because she was hot, which was a good touch. Besides, Maeve was pretty easy going, so she wouldn't have bitched about it anyway.

Having finally peeled herself away from Lily after being sure she would be ok with the person looking after her Maeve made her way towards the car park where Wes had told her to be.  She hoped they wouldn't be long because the black dress she wore wasn't made for standing out in the cold. She was actually pretty nervous. It had been a while since she had been on a date and she didn't know Jonah very well but she did like him from the talking they had done over the journals.  As she walked she was rearranging pins in her hair, until by the time she reached the car park she had got so frustrated with it that she swore under her breath and left the dark curls down, the pins thrown in her bag.

So there she stood, all dressed up, hair playing in the cool night breeze, and she waited.

Who: Maeve
What:: A dream.
Where: Her bed.
When: Friday night.

Maeve was sitting on her bed dressed in her underwear and a university hoodie when she looked up to notice the man in her doorway. As he smiled appreciatively at her state of undress her eyes widened and he slipped into the room, shutting the door behind him. The look in his eyes stirred feelings deep in her and she watched carefully not moving as he walked around her and knelt on the bed at her back.

"Bletchley" He murmured in a low tone laden with lust, reading his name off the back of her top.

"Oh I'm sorry, I found it in one of the boxes and..." She babbled trying to explain why she still wore his hoodie sometimes after all these years but her words were cut off as he lowered her to the bed and found a better use for her tongue and his own. "Keep it on, I like the fact you're wearing my name" He managed to get out between the small kisses that were working along her jawline and neck, just like he used to do.

Soon his legs were straddling her and the hoodie remained, unlike her underwear which lay where they had been thrown in the heat of the moment.

~~~
Waking up Maeve bit her lip as she remembered the dream and hurriedly took the hoodie she was wearing off to change into one of her own, anything but that damn thing.
Who: Maeve and Cassandra
Where: Maeve's Office
What: Maeve talking to her about journal use.
When: Monday after classes.
Maeve was not sure how this meeting was going to go. There were so many unexpected issues with being the sponsor to a seer. Well.... unexpected and unseen to her anyway. Cassandra made it abundantly clear she knew everything going on, which would be the problem. She just hoped maybe she could talk some sense into the girl and this could go fine, because she really did not like having to play the stern teacher, and apart from her habit of oversharing she really didn't have too much of a problem with Cass. So Maeve really, really hoped she would pay at least a little attention to what she said. Of course she probably already knew what was going to be said, well... to an extent. Oh this was complicated.
Serious, professional and mature. That was probably how Maeve was meant to be looking when Cass walked through the door that was only pushed to. Instead she was sat with her shoes off, her legs tucked up, one underneath her and one bent up to her chest , and her chin resting on her hand, which in turn rested on her leg. She was still pondering the situation when she heard the door open and she looked up.
"Could you shut the door please? Make yourself comfortable." She asked with a smile and a friendly manner.
Who: Maeve and OPEN
What: Sitting around, enjoying the outside.
Where: Grounds.
When: Thursday Afternoon
To put it simply, Maeve was bored. She had been bored all afternoon. In the morning she had things to do, getting Lily ready for the day, dropping her off with a friend, grocery shopping, clothes shopping... but by the time she got back after lunch she had run out of activities. So she cleaned the apartment, she unpacked some more of the boxes, even baked brownies! But when she looked at her watch it was only half past four. Lily was not due to be picked up for another hour at least, which left Maeve at a loose end. So grabbing the box of brownies (what? She was craving sweet things!) she had headed out into the grounds to enjoy the crisp autumn air.
Now the selkie was just lying on her front, watching the world go by and willing the time to pass. When she saw someone walking in her direction she smiled at that, hoping that maybe they had something for her to do!
"Good Afternoon" She greeted them with a smile.
Monday: 10/1/07
Who: Cassandra and Professor Hilton
Where: Maeve's office
When: 4:30
What: A meeting between student and adviser
Cassandra knew this wasn't going to be anything to worry about. The two would exchange words and discuss classes and there was nothing to be gained from worrying about it. Oh, of course there were always unpredictable things that could happen. Even as a seer she wasn't infallible. Especially one who saw possibility. She had to keep herself in check to make sure she didn't see a werewolf bursting through into the office and slaughtering everyone or aliens invading. They were technically possibilities, and in a different dimension they might even be happening. Which was one of her main problems, was that those dimensions slipped through if she wasn't careful.
She thought that might be why she couldn't see further than a week or two into the future, but it wasn't something to think about now, she had to be on her best behavior. Or that is to say, she had to make sure that the possible her that was a slut or a raging ball of anger didn't slip through. It was so hard living with all of those possibilities, and she really didn't know which one was truly her. Maybe there wasn't one. Either way, she stepped into the professors office with a huge grin on her face, smoothing the sweater she wore to appear casual.
"Hello professor, I know you've been expecting me."
