Saturday: May/2/09
Who: Frankie and Grey
When: Saturday afternoon
Where: Frankie's room
What: Frankie has to share the terrifying news.
Frankie was FREAKING OUT! Kim had come over the night before with the pregnancy test, and, as Frankie feared, it was positive. There was a lot of crying after that. Kim, being the most amazing friend ever, stayed the night with Frankie, but she had a family to get back to in the morning. She'd invited Frankie to come along, but the sprite needed to be alone for a bit and think. With the news now confirmed, she knew she had to tell Grey. He needed to know before anyone else, because it was the right thing to do. Her thoughts kept going back to Starbuck and how he'd not known he was a dad. Frankie wouldn't do that to Grey. He deserved to know about his kid and make a choice as to how much he'd be involved in his child's life.
So she texted him, after more freaking out, and when he said he was on his way, she went into total panic mode. How the hell did you tell a guy he'd knocked you up? Part of Frankie was excited, because she'd always wanted to be a mom, but she didn't want it to happen like this. She wanted to be in love with the dad. Marriage wasn't absolutely necessary, but love was. Plus, Grey was a demon. A DEMON! She'd have to stop going to Mass immediately. That had actually been her first clue, because she'd felt ill whenever she tried to go into the Church.
A lot of changes would be necessary. But first, she had to tell Grey.
