I would like to request that anyone who may have intel on Sergeant Bucky Barnes current location should report to me. He appears to be missing, and I would like to rectify that.

[ interpret that as you may, but it was Peggy's duty to maintain the records, even if it was a record of one. Likewise, one can catch her searching the halls of Squall Manor throughout the day and even the grounds outside. Should anything happen, Peggy would like to know where best to run. Especially after the unsettling experience of the day before. ]

[There are so many things Euphie would like to do today. She would like to inspire and reassure people not to lose heart in this trying situation. She would love to motivate people to work together, using their strengths to the best of their abilities. They could make their meals together! They could entertain each other. They could do so many things.

But, right now, there is one thing she wants more than any of that.]

I hope you all slept well. We have a lot to accomplish today, so we need to get started! Please look around and see if there is anything you can use as a weapon and then please use it to kill any Japanese people you find! And if you are Japanese it would be very helpful if you could just kill yourself!

[Wake up and smell the lack of coffee. You're on a bunk bed. Maybe you're a top and maybe you're a bottom. There are five other people in your room. Maybe they're friends or enemies or faces you barely recognize if at all. It doesn't matter much. You can leave this room and you don't need to come back to it.

You should get your rations though. You're probably hungry. You're definitely a little sluggish of body. What happened to that bruise you got sparing yesterday? What happened to your newly dyed hair? Mystery, mystery... Move along. Find the public bathrooms and do your business with a hundred of your closest friends.

Find the kiosk and get your rations. Careful not to let anyone steal them. You won't get more until tomorrow and the bots won't care. They aren't here to hold your hand. If you get sick or hurt and they deem it necessary they will take you to the hospital whether you wish it or not. But why dwell on such things? You're here now and you might as well enjoy it. You even get a free day today.]

Okay, so you've heard that the situation seems to be going down...or south or six feet under---let's stay away from that one. Anyway the Defense Force is working on doing what we can to keep everyone safe. We've got a plan for this! Really. Or you know...we've been working on one the last few days. Kitty is doing the 'business' side of things which leaves me to do the PR side of things.

Obviously, things on the scary and creepy scale is rising, but we don't need to panic. That's a movie, isn't it, Xander? Don't panic? Right, back to the plan. No panicking. Get to a centralized area like the Athletic Complex or some other large building. Bring a blanket, pillow and make a slumber party of it. The Defense Force is going to be doing patrols and checking in on everyone.

Okay, so investigative team needs to be investigating. We need to be patrolling, making sure that people are okay and maybe suggesting they go to one of the more central buildings in the different sectors. As I mentioned, Kitty is all over the detail side of things and the Plan B things. Not that we're going to need a plan B. Plan A hasn't even panned all the way out yet. If you've got questions, you can talk to me or Kitty. Buffy in charge will definitely not be a trending thing. It's just a trying to fill in so Kitty can do important things.

[Buffy can be found in any of the 'safe' buildings or in the Defense Force headquarters at various times. She's doing exactly what is advertised on the tin, patrolling and trying to organize things so that Kitty can work on other things.]

[Ianto is eying the dome curiously and also a bit nervously. He's managed to turn his video on just quickly enough for a tentacle to be seen briefly silhouetted behind him before disappearing into the murk.]

When they say pay no attention to the tentacles, do they in fact mean pay lots of attention to them because they're rather large and suspicious looking? Surely I'm not the only one noticing these things.

[ It's the first annual monthly bi-weekly — it's the first Memorial Garden Committee meeting! The invitations have been sent, a couple of park benches in Sector 0 have been claimed and there's even a few plates of home-made cookies put out in case the allure of fast food on a stick wasn't enough. How can you resist? That's right, you can't!

The instigator to all this is pretty nervous but once the clock strikes noon he clears his throat and kicks off the meeting the only way he can. ]

Alright, so… some of all y'all might remember me talkin' 'bout puttin' together a Memorial Garden for all our friends who've disappeared a while back. Now, I know we already got some o' that stuff 'round here but this would be somethin' we'd create all on our own. We'd decide what t' plant in it an' tend to it an' pool our rehab points together to get seeds an' plants or whatever else we need.

There ain't no pressure to help out. We do what we can, alright? What we're good at. I'm happy to help anyone who don't know how t' grow things an' wants to learn, but th' important part is that we all get a chance to have a say in this. This is where this comes in. Just write down your ideas an' we'll gather it all up an' make sure everyone gets somethin' they want.

An underwater prison. I have to admit, that is a first...

[The face that greets the viewer is one that looks more curious than anything else. She has lively blue eyes, dark hair, and pale skin. She also has a row of dots starting on each side of her face, going down beneath that teal and black uniform she is wearing.]

Well. I think this may very well count for one of the strangest situations I have found myself in, and I have had some strange hellos before.

Okay, I think that's everything I had. Has anyone else ever heard of or encountered a Wendigo or something similar? Or are there any questions?

[It's a rainy day, but Richie is in a good mood because kung fu movies at the theater. Best kind of way to spend the day. But it's not as fun doing it alone when you can do it with friends or random strangers. Especially when it's the kind of movies you can laugh about because they're so terrible they're great. It's early afternoon and he's loitering a bit in the lobby before getting on the network.]

It's dreary outside, but that doesn't mean we can't do something fun, right? If they're going to show kung fu flix, we should be taking advantage of it. Watching classic kung fu with the terrible voice overs is almost as fun as watching cheesy horror movies. Anybody want to join me? We can make a marathon of it. [ affected by the potion, Peggy’s been wallowing in her nostalgia all day. It’s time she stopped thinking of him, of what might have been. As the song suggested, it was only sentimental. ]

It takes a few seconds for it to be clear that there are green fields and luscious plants in bloom around. Someone is near the gardens in the park. And they are laughing.

A meow is loud as if the cat is crying out right near the microphone of the communicator. Because it is. The bells keep ringing.]

Just because it has bells doesn't mean it is for you to play with. [The picture is jerked about again, the communicator landing on the ground looking up from an angle. Suddenly, a black shadow tumbles into view and then moves again to give sight to Itachi laying on the ground holding his arm up just out of the line of sight. His hair is falling out of the usual neat ponytail and around his face, messy from whatever struggle he's been fighting. The little black kitten shakes its head from where it had tumbled to the ground and then immediately is leaping back on him, trying to climb up his arm to get to whatever is out of view.]

Then have it your way. [There's another fond laugh before he lowers the wide brim straw hat with torque chimes dangling from it down, closer to his chest. The kitten proceeds to jump on it and knock it to the ground, the bells stopping with a thump. Not that Shinju cares, she's going to bat them around herself until she gets the sound she wants. And Itachi plans on letting her.]

You're worse than he was. Not an easy feat.

[ Tonight there is a lot of noise in Sector Two, specifically a certain restaurant/bar. Maybe you're there for a serious date! The decoration seems right for that kind of thing. Or maybe you are there to get trashed and wash away your sorrows with the mighty bottle-- the atmosphere is right for that kind of thing.

Well, either way you're in good company tonight, that much is for sure.

[Sookie kicked Eric out. He's disgruntled because of that and it's more pronounced today, just like his intense desire to have sex with Sookie every single moment of the day since six in the morning had consumed him. That was, by the way, the reason he'd been kicked out. She'd made some sort of noise about vampire stamina and if he touched her again in the next twelve hours, she was going to light blast him. She'd then revoked his invitation and left him wandering around the dome by himself.

Emotions aren't something Eric generally deals with well. He cut all of his emotions off hundreds of years ago for the most part and ever so recently (relatively) Sookie had reawakened them. As a result, he dealt with emotions best when they were singular. Today, he is experiencing a barrage of emotions. Some of them are good emotions like love, lust, happiness, but others are hate and rage. He still hasn't accessed his humanity enough to do regret and that's probably a good thing.

In any case, Eric can be found roaming all over the dome. He'll stop by the blood shack for a while to check on things before he returns to wandering throughout the evening. He assumes Sookie will re-invite him sometime before sunrise. In the meantime, feel free to run into him, but be aware he really doesn't deal well with emotions. At all.]

[ although the morning's rain prevented them from getting an early start on setting up, quinn and rebekah have managed to pull everything off in time for the dance to start. there's tables to sit at when you don't feel like dancing or enjoying the surf, lots of hawaiian-themed snacks and desserts to eat, grass skirts and leis available for those who wish to wear them, lanterns and torches everywhere, with live music provided by quinn, oz, jack, lacus, and anyone else who wishes to get up and sing!

the only thing this party's lacking is the booze, per quinn's intentions of having this be an alcohol-free party. however, that doesn't mean someone isn't going to spike the punch when she's not looking, so if you were planning on doing so -- have at it!

Hey there prison pals! I'll just take a quick few seconds of your time, but they will hopefully lead to a way more awesome use of your time! If you're in a mood to par-tay that is, and let's face it, who isn't?

So long story short, Derek and I have found the most adorable new roommates: Korra, Enma, and now Asami! They're all kinda new but they're incredible and we're lucky to be living with them. I'm throwing housewarming fiesta at our place this evening to welcome them right!

Anyone who is friends with any of us, or anyone who wants to just come by and chill, come on down! Bring a friend, even! There'll be video games and card games and nummy eats. Also, I think my main wall needs some redecorating and what could be cooler than a mural that has a little piece of everyone? I'm thinking we all just pick a piece of it and paint whatever strikes us! It'll be like a wall-sized patchwork quilt of awesome. Alas we'll have to make it BYOB because we're not allowed to stock that much liquid courage outside the restaurants. But I make a mean mocktail too if you wanna get classy and drink something hot pink out of a martini glass.
