[ Just as she announced, Subaru is spending the time hopping around various shops in Sector 4 to look for a costume to wear. Maybe a cowboy? Or a knight? Or a nurse? Whatever it is, Subaru is laughing and having a great old time trying on hats and gloves and putting costumes still on their hanger in front of her chest and checking herself out in the mirror.

[ Today, Subaru is super active! Even without her skates, she is moving swiftly about the dome as part of her duties as mail volunteer. There are invitations to be delivered after all!

She is even wearing the ultra-cute postal service uniform today, despite feeling unsure about moving about so much with a skirt, given the weather could turn to light rain at any minute. Subaru remains energetic and cheerful and won't mind striking up a conversation.

You can catch her anywhere in the dome with a mail bag slung over her shoulder, whether it is during her route, at your doorstop, or even taking a quick break for a snack (like ice cream)! ]

Hi, everyone! I've been pretty quiet lately, but I've had my hands full with a few different projects, so please forgive me for that. [ Subaru is still quite enthusiastic, despite starting her broadcast with an apology. ]

I'm making this broadcast because I wanted to say that some of that work was in preparation for tomorrow's class. Those who are on the Defense Force already know about it — [ Because she would have stopped everyone she knew to be on the DF to see if they were interested! ] —but the Emergency Management seminars are open to everyone, and not just us. In fact, I encourage everyone to attend at least one session, even if you're new!

The whole point is to keep everyone safer and get ready in case any emergency situation arises. An accident at the beach, an injury while working with tools, a sudden fire or flood... things like that. [ Her expression calms a bit, because she wants to look reassuring. ] I'm not saying that bad things will happen, but I won't say it's out of the question. The domes — this one and the last — both had their share of incidents and I want to better prepare everyone for as many possibilities as I can think of.

[ She puts a hand to the back of her head. ] Eheh, I guess fire drills will be more difficult to arrange now... maybe I should organize them per sector...?

I'm Kohran Li and I'm glad to announce that the Theater Workshops will be resuming their sessions! For new people, this takes place every odd-numbered day from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon at the Amphitheater in Sector 4. We're looking into putting up a small production, so anyone interested in learning the basics of acting, stage and prop management and costume-making, come and join us!

For those of you who don't know me, I'm Euphemia or Euphie, and I wanted to talk to you all about the school and the welcoming committee now that we've had a little bit of time to adjust to these new surroundings and situation. [She smiles softly, knowing all too well how big a shock all of this was. She felt it herself.]

I have spoken to the wardens, and I want you to know they do support education and organizations, so the school will continue. We have lost several classes [teachers] over the last couple of weeks, so please let me know if you are interested in hosting a class. It's all right if you don't have prior experience!

Some of the classes that we've had in the past or people have expressed interest in which we're looking for especially are mathematics, science, cooking, literature, various languages especially English and Japanese, and philosophy. Of course anything is welcome.

To our current staff, please resume your schedule as soon as you feel able, and if you want to make any changes let me know so I can update our catalog. If anyone has experience or the desire to help oversee the school, please let me know. I think it's best when we have a headmaster.

If anyone needs a catalog, let me know, and I'll have it sent to you.

As for the welcome baskets, the wardens would rather not place them with new arrivals as Sentience had done. Instead, I'm pleased to say PM will deliver them through the Post Office. They will arrive a little later, but I think they'll still be helpful. Please let me know if you're interested in helping to prepare them.

For now they won't have the brochure since so much has changed, and it's still changing as we learn about this place. I don't want to provide anyone with incorrect information. Hopefully we can include it again soon.

I made a list of team leaders from the people who responded to Lacus. You don't like your assignment, you can take it up with me or take a walk. It's temporary. Spend a couple of hours today and then hit it again tomorrow until we've got some idea of what we're working with. I know you need some time to find your things and secure your own housing. The frequency we have now is a secure one. Use it to check in with dispatch to let them know who will be on your team and then report back every half hour with your whereabouts and any news.

The day we've created for you is temperate and sunny. Now, we have a lot to cover, so do listen up. I don't like to repeat myself, but this time I will make an exception. I am Veridical, one of your new wardens, and this is Conscienti, the other one.

[The voice changes. It's still artificial, but this one is less fluid than the other.]

Greetings, inmates. You have been transferred here from [ Marina Asylum ] due to the closing of the facility. Please do not be alarmed.

You may find your personal effects in a brown paper bag next to you. The standard-issue uniform [which is a bright orange jumpsuit with your name printed on it] is not equipped with pockets. Additional personal items have been brought over and can be found in [ Sector 0 ]. Please note that items that are deemed harmful have been confiscated. [This means weapons even if you had them in Marina.] Pets have been brought over and may be reclaimed in [ the Pet Café in Sector 1 ]. The Kiosk is open for additional questions and requests. We value your input.

Housing is available in [ Sectors 2, 3 and 4 ] and you are welcome to claim living quarters in any of these areas. Guide bots are stationed at each sector entrance and may be approached for a basic tour of your new home. Should you prefer to explore on your own, you can access [ the Marina Nova map ] through the menu on your communicator.

[Veridical chimes in again.] You also saw the rules in there. Or you didn't. Read them or not. You're still responsible for them. Some are the same as what you're used to and some aren't. New prison. If you were wearing one of those darling little barrier collars or had an extra dose of power reduction it's gone. For now. We did keep your sex licenses in tact. All transfers have therefor been fitted with a temporary ankle monitor that restricts any abilities you may have which are deemed too dangerous for your initial integration period [powers, supernatural abilities, "normal humans" who can usually do things like make a wall crumble with a tap of their finger, etc.].
