I know we usually save those spots for people who've been outed and on-the-run, but given the sudden increase of Kool-Aid at my current address, it cool if I crash in one of the safehouses?

I don't care where, I'm willing to sleep on a cot in a basement, I'm just getting out of here before they break out the robes and animal masks.

I know we've been dealing with a lot of shit recently, but I've got a problem.

An old friend of mine got atavised, someone from back in the biker days. He's a good man, but I don't know if we should try to recruit him because, well. He gets swept in things like this and lets them fuck up his life in a lot of ways. I really can't throw stones there, I just figure he's better off being left out of all of this altogether.

But turns out one of his ex-wives works for the Project, and he's been staying with her on GI ever since he got turned. There's a whole thing there, but I've got to warn him how fucked up the Project is, right? Because even if the Project wasn't the giant dumpster fire it is right now, that place wouldn't be good for him. So what do I do?


And in news that doesn't involve my past coming back to bite me in the ass; I've been practising with my powers. Trying to learn and remember things while I'm split up and seeing if it sticks when I'm myself again, and it works. It's just been little things so far, but I want to try taking it further, so if anyone's got some spare time and a skill they'd be cool with trying to teach one of me, I'd appreciate it.

Something's wrong with Diana. Went to go check in on her and see how she was doing, and she's out cold. No fever so it's not her gunshot. Taking her to medbay now, someone be ready to help her.

We keep causing trouble.

So for the sake of spreading information and knowledge (because knowledge is always helpful), I thought I would share a way in which we've been self-identifying when we've split. Ideas, qualities, etc.

The Biker is the most [...] volatile. He is active and [...] outspoken. He says this idea is 'bullshit'. We're sorry.

The Mechanic is quieter. He wants this to be fixed, so the name seemed to fit. He has concerns.

I've been called [...] The Hippy. Mostly by the Biker. I guess I'm more 'sensitive', which isn't a bad thing.

The system is a little strange, but it has been helping us. We hope it will help you too, if you encounter one of us. I suggested nametags, but that made the Biker violent.

In hopes that this will unify us all,

Things that make me split into three people;

- The door buzzer
- My ringtone
- Loud noises
- Dogs barking
- The ice cream truck

Things that make them form back into me;

- When one of the fuckers gets tired enough to need a nap. That's it.

I've heard you offer housing to new atavists who need help trying to get their powers under control. Is that true?
I wouldn't ask, but I'm this close to outing myself to the [...] friend who's been putting me up since I 'turned', and I'd really appreciate not getting P:A in my business again.
I'd only impose as long as it takes me to learn some tighter control over these powers, and I carry my weight; I'm good at fixing things. Cars, bikes, mechanical appliances.
If you can help, I'd appreciate it.

Sure, I can buy that superpowers are a thing. Why the fuck not?
And of course there's a branch of the government dedicated to being superpowered cops, because it's the government. They'd do that.
And those supercops can merrily use violent force against you, fuck up your bike as they please, use it as a goddamn weapon against you, and detain you for having superpowers. Because cops.
I can buy into all of that. I'm pissed, but I'm on board.

But are you seriously telling me that it is against the goddamn law for me to go back to my apartment and my job, because it's a two hour drive down the Turnpike?
