Front Lines Communications

I'm in the market for a personal assistant, especially with Fashion Week coming up. I'm looking for talented, globally-minded individuals with a passion for fashion who thrive in a creative and fast-paced environment.

Tasks include:

• Providing creative and logistical support for the Nika Moon line
• Help create and curate social media content (Instagram, FB, Twitter, etc.)
• Manage casting calls with modelling agencies
• Manage communications with factory & internal production team
• Assist with runway show/presentation organization, prep and execution each season
• Build sketch and inspiration archives used each season
• Prep design-related meetings
• Schedule interviews with fashion publications
• Update and maintain linesheets, design charts, and boards
• Keep inventory & stock of needed supplies
