May the fourth be with you. Now, let's get down to business.
After sitting around for a week and weighing my options, I've got some questions, and I'd appreciate answers. Preferably from people I'm
not related to, but, Russos, feel free to toss your two cents at me, too.
I've accepted that I'm stuck here, and since my
cu former position isn't relocatable, I'm considering job options. If I have to go another week without something to do, I may actually try to get Emo Ren to fight me. Fun as that would be, given what today and tomorrow are, I'm pretty sure that would be frowned upon.
I'm the
[...] former Assistant Deputy Director of the Directorate of Operations of the CIA. Basically, if you're a hashtag person, I'm #bossbitch and don't take kindly to demotions, which is what taking a field operative job in NYC would be. I haven't ruled it out, but the thought makes me cranky. Still, it's a possibility.
So, I could take a field position, I could try my luck with the NYPD,
[...] or, apparently, I can take a position with the Project.
For those who work for the Project, pros/cons? I've talked with a few people, gotten some runaround bullshit on what exactly is going on, so I figured I'd go to the people who do the job.
Additionally, someone
not affiliated with the Project want to give me a rundown on the MAL/P:A break up? Much as I trust the people who've tried to bring me up to speed, I've never said no to a different perspective. Right now, it just sounds like the MAL had a temper tantrum and got pissed when they couldn't break the toy so no one else could play with it.
