[PROJECT: ASCENSION]

I do hate to bother you, but we've had an incident at the Center during our Guided Meditation class. One of our meditators seems to have ... coccooned himself, is really the only way I can put it. We've escorted everyone else out of the Hall of Tranquility but we'll need to have someone remove him before Brother Chad's band practice begins later this afternoon.

Thank you, darlings! And if anyone wants to receive some enlightenment, don't forget that this season's classes just started this past Monday!

Isn't it such a wonderful day? Spring suits my temperament nicely - I used to be such a winter, but The Way certainly knows how to bring positivity and joy into one's life in even the smallest of ways!

Speaking of The Way, I am privileged to announce this season's upcoming classes, beginning Monday May 15. I have a very exciting announcement to make. The Way of All Flesh will be hosting a conference this weekend for the devotees, the uninitiated and the curious alike. As my fans know, The Way has been a profoundly life-changing experience for me and I cannot wait to share it with all of you! We'll be having a special atavist-only panel featuring yours truly, and you'll be able to enter a raffle for a gift bag filled with some of my favorite products. The temperatures may be low but the warmth we create as our auras come together in harmony will be like the most beautiful spring day! (Afterwards, there will be a lovely reception complete with drink specials.)

A few days ago, as I was floating in the crystal blue waters off the southern coast of Vanuatu and contemplating all of the forking paths in my life that had led me to that moment, I realized that I was truly at peace. Escaping the hustle and bustle of the city is so necessary at times, don't you find?

Delia, my Reiki practitioner and an equally devout follower of The Way, has a saying: "The world lies in the palm of your hand, but you must look up from your smartphone to see it." Even if you can't escape to a remote Pacific island, today I encourage you to unplug. Remember, with gratitude, the gift that you've been given. A small shop on Prince St carries the most divine incense and healing crystals that are perfect for this type of gratitude ritual! (And when you've finished unplugging, Cece In Paris, the film for which I won an Academy Award despite Meryl being the overwhelming favorite, is playing on HBO tonight at 8PM and again at midnight.
