Many of you have been concerned about what's become of me. There is fear on the network that I have been harmed, that I may have been forced into something.

We are the divine, those who bear the light. We have been from the moment we were born, blessed from the very minute we were brightened by its touch. We have always been this way, you and I, even before we knew it.

There is one who knows what we can't begin to understand. Can see in us what we cannot see in ourselves. The Maker is the Light, in ways you can't yet imagine, in ways that are greater than we can comprehend.

It is difficult to understand. It's meant to be.

We are the chosen ones. And now that we have been revealed to the world, we can revel in it as we were meant to. We can reach out to one another, and support one another, in this new world order as it reveals itself.

Good evening. At the direction of Deputy Director Perez, I have found some troubling information to share with all of you, but I need to emphasize: this data is classified, and must be kept private. This is your only warning to this end.

In the wake of Colo Corrine Harper's demise and the returned memories that many of us have been experiencing, I took it upon myself at the instruction of our director to thoroughly sift through materials in her possession. I found a highly encrypted drive. And I devoted my time wholly and completely to cracking it.

This evening, I completed that task. And what I found is this:

Corrine Harper was demented. She conducted experiments on her own child, one Madison Harper, in relation to the Idol and forced atavization. When Madison was atavized, she continued the experiments on other children—resulting in horrific deaths for several, charted down to exact details. I have their names. I know where to find their remains.

We are, many of us, aware also of the supersoldier program that was put into place prior to the formation of the Movement for Atavist Liberation. What we are not aware of is that Harper continued the efforts, all this time, using her atavism to conceal it: she has been recruiting soldiers even now. While I don't yet have their identities, there are documents and files that undeniably point to their existence.

I don't need to spell out what it could mean for the Project if this information goes public.

The question is, what do we do now?

As determined to be the course of action, supplemental video and material have been circulated on the internet to create doubt regarding the authenticity of video of the recent incident livestreamed on Youtube.

Within a few days as buzz around the video fades, I'll remove the original video from Youtube and further introduce rumors that it was a publicity stunt designed to hype the public for an upcoming blockbuster.

We're contacting you today in regards to a video [link] you posted in breach of secrecy laws regarding the nature of atavism. This is a serious offense, and we at the Project take these breaches very seriously.

You can expect notice of a fine to be paid in full within thirty days, and a discussion regarding the course of action should we see any further behavior of this sort.

For those of us still on our feet and on the right side, we have an issue that requires prompt attention: a video has appeared on the baseline website Youtube that captures a great deal of the recent combat between the Project and the Movement. It appears to have originated from one Phoebe Dawson.

You can see the entirety of the footage here. It includes use of atavisms, reference to atavist-only terms and situations, and—mention of Dax and his allegiances.

I am on hand for any action we intend to take in response.

We have a situation. There are unofficial reports circulating on the network of an atavist who's able to transform appearances and has been masquerading as other atavists. One individual reported being bodily restrained and hidden away in a closet so that the criminal transformer could freely live his life.

We should heighten security measures regarding privileged information (individual code words might be useful, Director Shahidi?), as well as immediately pursue intel and capture of the atavist.

I will keep you posted with any further information I uncover.

Hello, agents. I'm writing to give you an update on the network situation.

At this time, we are unable to entirely revoke access to the network from the MAL fugitives. However, please be aware that their status is only active as users, not as administrators. They have no more access than any registered atavist. They can read public posts and initiate their own private filters, but I still have access to everything and am monitoring and analyzing all fugitive conversations. No fugitive has access to any other conversations, especially not those between members of the Project. Ensuring this has been and will continue to be my utmost priority.

In addition, all classified files remain completely safe: their digital copies are stored on an entirely different system than the public atavist network. At this time, there is no danger of that system being breached, and security is continually updated and maintained.

Again, they participate in network conversation only as users, with no access to any filtered conversations or sensitive information. This includes Leo Barone.

I want to emphasize that our team is working round-the-clock to find a more permanent solution. In the meantime, I suggest that rather than engaging directly with the fugitives, we address public concern, and, if necessary, discuss under Project: Ascension filters how best to respond. I will admit I'm among the culprits reacting emotionally and unwisely to this stimulus. I am putting in effort to represent our organization better, and I hope you will as well.

Ladies and gentlemen, please be aware that despite the fugitives' arrogant assertion that they would not be removed, that their access to the network has indeed been revoked.

Rest assured: they had no access to your personal information nor to the registry itself. What they were able to do was provide a workaround to allow their accounts posting and viewing access to public entries on the network. All of your personal information and private conversations remain intact.

I'd like to take this chance to remind you that Project: Ascension has only your best interests at heart. We encourage you to reach out to us if we can assist in any matter, or answer any questions for you.

As always, if you have any information about any of the fugitives referred to as the Movement for Atavist Liberation, we encourage you to step forward. Regardless of the content of the conversations, you will not be punished in any way for doing so.

The network has been restored to working capacity.

With the onset of the unexplained power boost, it appears both my father and I were affected. I had been spending my time upgrading our security protocols, but he still saw fit to direct an attack at our system. I was able to shut it down, but not before he did significant damage to the network, resulting in the downtime over the past several days.

It has now been restored to working order, with significant upgrades to prevent this from ever occurring again.
