Hey all, Chuck here.

Bronx Fight Club will be open to members and non-members alike on July 4 for anyone who wants to celebrate the holiday by getting a workout, but we won't be holding regular classes to give our instructors a break and we'll be closing early to host a barbecue. So come by, check out the gym, and celebrate the signing of the Declaration of Independence by getting your sweat on and filling up on burgers and hot dogs. It's a holiday, who cares about carbs! #YOLO

I have a question. A couple questions, I guess.

1) What are the odds that my son would be atavized if he were to visit the city?
2) How long do you think it'll take me to get a handle on getting my abilities? How long does it usually take people to get some sort of rudimentary control?
3) Is there a way I could get extra training to expedite the process?

Hey everyone. We've released our summer schedule for Bronx Fight Club. It's mostly the same, but some of our instructors have moved their classes around, so please double check.

If you're not a member, come check it out anyway. The first session is free and we have discounted packages available. And we're a pretty friendly group, the other instructors and myself.

We're also offering a new class called Ninja Warrior, where we'll go through the different obstacles on American Ninja Warrior. It will be a different obstacle each week, so it won't get boring. I'm pretty excited for it, we've been working out how to set up the different courses and we've already got the warped wall all ready to go. Come by and check it out, I'll let you have a run at it even if you're not signing up for the class.

On an unrelated note, I think I'm too old to be hanging out at Throwback anymore.
