I am unsure of the protocol about introducing yourself on the network as a new employee, but I was told that if I didn't do it someone else would do it for me and while I trust her with my life, I still worry about what, exactly, she would say.

That said, I will work alongside Alex Moon as a liaison between the Project and the NYPD. My main duties otherwise will be to assist Alex and the Information Suppression team in dealing with atavist-related crimes that affect the baseline human population. I may not be either at the Chrysler Building or, even less so, Governor's Island often, but I am always available to assist the Project in whatever capacity is deemed necessary even beyond my main duties.

I understand this comes at a hectic and inopportune time, so I do not expect a swift response to this. Please, at your discretion and your availability.

However, I have been speaking with Aleksandr Moon, a long time friend and colleague of mine in the NYPD, and he mentioned a possible need for another employee in the Project in his role as a liaison between Project: Ascension and the New York Police Department and suggested that I make an inquiry to you about it. I am interested in undertaking this if you feel that I would be a good fit.

I have attached my resume and a cover letter for your perusal, and if this is not the appropriate channel to make the inquiry, I apologize and will pursue the correct procedures.

Does anyone with [...] physical enhancement powers have any tips on how to wrangle control? I can't play the injury card at work for too much longer, and it's not just because I'm getting cabin fever.

Also, what is the protocol for possibly reserving one of the training rooms on Governor's Island so that I can work on this in a private and controlled setting?

Maybe I'm just being paranoid and it's nothing, but I'd never forgive myself if I didn't at least report it and it turned out to be something important.

Hello, my name is Bryan Andersen. I work for the New York Police Department, and I was [...] atavised just last week. It's been a lot to take in and digest, and I will admit to wrestling with this change in my life still, but it might be easier if I open myself up to the community at large with an introduction. My [...] "power" is increased height with my jumps, which isn't very exciting compared to some of the other powers I have seen discussed on the network, I know, but there it is.

I would welcome recommendations on the classes offered here, as well as any other opportunities and resources that are available to me. I was handed quite a bit of literature when I registered, but I prefer to hear some firsthand accounts before I pursue anything myself.

Also, if anyone is willing to share, how did you best cope when you were first atavised?
