I cannot say how incredibly grateful I am for the kindness and generosity all of us at Greenwich House experienced this weekend. Greenwich has been my life's work, and to see that there is so much support in the community for what we do is touching.


From the bottom of my heart I want to thank every one of you — every donor, every bidder, every volunteer, the gentlemen at Rooster and their staff, and of course Ricky Bueno without whom the night would never have happened. I assure you, every dollar will be used to rebuild our home.

You have done so much for us. If there is anything I can do to repay that kindness, please don't hesitate to reach out.

There is this thing I had hanging on my wall: all of these highway markers from California that led to the places I used to go to all the time, collaged and mounted. It's a little bit weird what you think to grab in a fire. Maybe, in those snap seconds, I just thought I could always go back and rip new ones down to remake it.

Hello everyone. I do hope you're all having a wonderful day. It's come to my attention that several members of our family were approached by the Project in regard to some suspicions.

I just want to be clear that this, unfortunately, was not something I was aware of, nor was I informed of any suspicious activity within Greenwich's walls.

While you are always welcome to assist the Project, I would encourage all of you to be mindful of your rights when it comes to inquiries and questioning.

In the future, if you encounter a P:A Agent in Greenwich on official business, please direct them to my office so I may give them a warm welcome.

Greenwich House would like to extend a warm welcome to all for tonight's Passover Seder. Regardless of your beliefs, you are all welcome to partake in the lively re-telling of the story of Exodus — a reminder and celebration of the bonds that bring society together to fight oppression in the world.

There will be wine for the four cups for those who wish to partake, and grape juice for those who do not. You may wish to have a light snack beforehand, as there will be a bit more than an hour of readings before the actual meal begins. There will also be singing, and all are highly encouraged to join in.

Please don't feel intimidated if you are not familiar with the Seder. All you need is an open mind, a respectful heart and a hefty appetite. The Seder begins at sundown, but please give yourself ample time to get settled in.
