Hey y'all it's your old buddy Shep here just wanting to say hey. I'm having a real great day. Maybe the best day I ever had. And I got a new friend of mine to thank for it. He didn't want me telling people about it so I gotta zip my lip but hey if you see Flavio him tell him he's a great guy.

Y'all are capable of great things and you know what, so am I! If y'all got a chance, you should say thanks to those great people in your lives!!

Like I wanna thank Eddie and Hadas and Garret and Ro and Justin and Azure and Miss Annette and Pauly and Jace and Joe and Isaac and Mateo and Mr. J and Mama and Pop and Grampy and Grammy Beauregard and Poppop and Meemaw Grizzard and Bunny and Faith and Christian and Huck even though they can't see this and oh yeah I guess even Grace even though she was pretty mean to me last time I saw her but I guess when you're breakin up you gotta be but I wouldn't be here at all if we hadn't come up together so thanks Grace.

Howdy y'all!

It's me, your pal Shep. I just wanted to say thanks for making me so welcome and it's been real great to meet all you nice people. Especially I want to say thanks to Mr Ro and Mr Justin because dang I sure needed a job and y'all should check out ROOSTER if you haven't already.

Anyway I guess I kind of got a confession to make. My mama always told me it was better getting stuff off your chest than trying to haul it around all day and you know I'm thinking she was right about that since she's right about just near everything else.

I wasn't real honest when some people asked me about my ability. I kinda get the feeling everybody's pretty straight about that and maybe I was a little afraid to be.

Anyhow the way they got my power written down is pain manipulation. That means I can make people feel pretty bad by accident. It's kinda hard to admit since the last thing I want is people worrying about whether I'm gonna hurt them or not. Well I'll tell you right now I'm fixing to get better and do just the opposite of that. But if you're worried about it that's ok. I'm worried too. And I'll just keep trying I promise.

So anyway that's just me and my thoughts today. Hope y'all are well and last night's you put some water next to your pillow for this morning's you.

I only ever used instagram and snapchat so my best friend Miranda Riley told me to say I'm a good cook and I got more height than I know what to do with. That last part's only because she's a shorty but I do like cooking. If y'all got recipes you should shoot em my way ☺️
