I've started listening to podcasts while I do prep work in the morning (gotta love smart phones). I finished what there is of The Black Tapes. Then moved sideways into Tanis, because they told me to and now I think I've become obsessed with Tanis. I need help.

So, podcast recommendations?

Hey there! I've been swamped since one of my bakers quit a month ago so I'm just getting around to this now. (Luckily I have a double that can help make up for that but dang it got hectic.)

I can't remember if I told you how I usually handle artwork displays in my bakery. I can launch into that explanation if I haven't! It's pretty straightforward and fair. Or at least I hope it is. Sometime this week I'm going to do a refresh and change how I have everything displayed so we'll have lots of room for your stuff.

Irish Cream brownies seem like a reasonable offering for St. Patrick's Day at a bakery, right? Maybe Irish apple cake? I'm a better hand at German desserts but I would like to do something that's more creative than "hey let's put green food coloring in everything." Of course, I'll also have standard fare like pistachio cupcakes and mint chocolate chip cheesecake bars, if green is just really your thing. Suggestions are welcome!

On a completely different note, this business with the hospital is really making me feel justified in wanting nothing to do with either side.
