soooooo where's the 'my parent/family member was an atavist for ages and i never knew' support group? since it seems to run in families, there must be a few of us. (i'm not pressed about it though, just super glad to be here at last. hi! i'm stella. i've had my obligatory freakout about all the secret atavists in my life and now i'm working on attaining total zen about it. js.)

ps what other community benefits are there? i totally want to hear about all the secret handshakes and passwords and atavist-friendly hotspots. we've got to take care of each other, after all.
