While a group of people chatted and treaded heavily on the floor above their heads, Penny stirred from her forced unconsciousness. She was vaguely aware that there was a smell in this place, and it smelled much differently than the park where she had been reading her text. It smelled like death, and bleach, and fear. As she became more conscious, she was aware of a dull throb from her left wrist, and a cooling wetness on her sleeve. Bliking a few times, her head turned to see a deep slash just below her hand and the skin below it stained pink. It was fresh blood, tacky and shiny. Her own blood.

"Wha..." she mumbled, shifting to move but finding that she couldn't. Fear began to overtake her haze, making her senses clearer. The room was dark, but in it she could see other faces, everyone at her eye level, which was much lower than normal. She was sitting on the floor, her hands above her head, shackled there. A rope around her chest bound her to a post. The others were tied up as well, some completely restrained, some just chained at the wrists. Some were dead in a pile in the corner. "Oh God!" she gasped, eyes darting frantically. She recognized a few faces, and thankfully none of them were in the pile of bodies. "W-what's going on??"

Billy was pacing back and forth in his apartment, wringing his hands and trying to smooth down his hair. He was nervous. Poor Keely was so unhappy, and she was angry, and Billy knew Keely was scary when she was mad. And he felt horribly guilty because Declan thought that he and Keely were messing around, which of course they weren't. But Billy liked Keely. A lot. A whole lot. And now he was wondering if it was obvious, and Declan could tell and that was why he was jealous. But Keely would never cheat on Dec, of that Billy was certain. She loved him too much. She talked about him all the time, and how she never really got to see him, and how she missed him, and things they did as children. His two good friends were fighting now and that made him feel bad, and he just so happened to be falling for one of them and that made it worse.

When the knock finally came on the door, Billy almost jumped out of his skin, smoothing his hair down one last time before taking a deep breath and opening the door. God, Keely looked so sad. She didn't even have to say anything and Billy could tell how unhappy she was. "Come on in," he said quietly, trying to smile for her.

Okay, so Garret was obviously not okay and he wasn't going to let her in. Maybe. So before she went crazy with the sledge hammer, she first checked his front door. Locked. Damn it! So, maybe she should check outside. He was able to walk through walls, probably ducked outside. In running shorts that she usually wore to bed, a pull over hoodie and sneakers, she went outside and looked around. Hmmm. Listening to the trees and the plants, she jogged over to the track to find Garret running laps in his jeans, shirtless. "Oh boyo," she cooed softly, watching him for a moment before jogging over, increasing her pace to match his easily and joined him, not saying a word.

( To say Keely didn't take being told to bugger off very well, would be an understatement. )

Who: Garret, Keely and Declan
When: Evening, after Declan gets off shift
Where: Dec's apartment
What: Garret decides to be a yenta and cause trouble.

This was going to be... odd. And not just because it was a potential orgy that was probably not going to happen. Mostly, it was because neither Keely nor Declan had much experience with sex, and from what Garret understood, Keely would cut off your hand if you got too fresh. There was also the awkwardness of the very obvious feelings between Keely and Declan that Garret was not sure either of them realized.

After grabbing Keely and giving her a hurried explanation- "Because it's fun"- Garret let them both into Declan's apartment and stripped them down to their underwear. Sitting in Declan's bed, this was possibly the most innocent thing Garret had ever done in his underwear, which was strange since he was wearing the red luckies today. There was nothing innocent about the red luckies. But he was in a bed with a woman in her very cute underwear... and they were playing Go Fish.
