As far as girls went, Kim was not your typical girlie girl, but when it came to the Winter Social, that girlie part of her that was hidden somewhere came out. She had really enjoyed going dress shopping on Wednesday with Frankie and was glad that she had found the perfect dress and shoes for the occasion. Though she was most comfortable in jeans and a t-shirt, she still liked to dress up every once in a while.

Kim also wasn't normally the type of girl that got excited about things like dances either, but she was really looking forward to tonight, not just because she got to wear the outfit she had bought, but more importantly because she was going to the social with Starbuck. It had been scary for her to admit how strongly she felt about, but now it all just felt right. She loved him so much and she was eager to spend the night dancing with him even though he had warned her about his two left feet.

Once her hair was done in loose waves and her bangs were parted to the right, she slipped into her dress and grabbed all her makeup, depositing it on the vanity that she and Frankie shared. Kim kinda felt behind schedule especially since Frankie was all done up and gone with Nathaniel even before Kim was done with her hair. Stopping for a second, she changed the song that was playing on her laptop to a Kings of Leon song and went back to doing her makeup.

Sydni had been in her office since after dinner. She needed the time to mentally prepare. It didn't matter that he hadn't meant to hurt her (maybe); the fact was that he had almost killed her. She had brought her vial of holy water. It occurred to her that it would not break on contact, most likely, so she went ahead and opened the vial so she could splash him if necessary. Then there was Charlie. She had prayed long and hard that he would not need to use that weapon.

Her door was open so that Theodore could come right in. She smelled his scent before she saw him - she would never forget his scent. "Please, have a seat," she offered softly.
