I think we finally got most of the Orcs pushed back to their portal. They've got some kind of magical barrier, so I can't tell if they're retreating or fortifying.

It's too close to Blizzard's HQ for an orbital strike to take out the portal.

She was somewhat freaking out internally. She'd just killed someone. Sure, she'd killed plenty of people in her dreams, but in this life? This was a first. While Oriana was packing, Miranda called Shepard, willing the other woman to pick up. All the while she was staring at the hole in the wall that she'd caused.

Timestamp 10:03am Orange County Time

Ten minutes ago an early warning system I set up detected the first signatures of an incoming fleet. We have twenty minutes to scramble anything we can get into space and prepare people on the ground to fight.

Vakarian and I have faced these things before, but I'm not going to lie and say this is going to be a cake walk. The Reapers are deadly, and they have the goal of wiping every last human being from the face of the Earth. London lost 75% of its population in the course of a single week.

But we have an advantage that I didn't have in my dreams. We have you. We're going to stop them before they land on Earth. We're going to make sure the apocalypse never happens and if we do our job right, most people will never know how close we came.

We'll have some wreckage to study, but we need to wait for sciences to have something in place to protect people from getting indoctrinated.

Attention Agency. We've picked up a signature out near Pluto, it matches that of the Reapers from my dreams. Its a Destroyer class, about a football field and a half in size. I'm going to take my ship and try to stop it before it gets any closer. If you know anyone who can assist, especially in space, contact them. Have people ready on the ground for an assault. I'll give the all clear when we take that bastard out.

Alright, so, long story short? I died last night. If we could just leave it at that and also the fact that I'll be out of commission for awhile until my wounds heal, that would be perfect.
