Subject: Confidence Building

I've been struggling with some of the women coming in lately. I was hoping you had some ideas to help build their confidence, in themselves, but also in others. A particularly difficult case is a woman and her son. She spends most of her time away from other people, and sometimes she doesn't even acknowledge the boy. There was an incident with a young disturbed woman and her cat the other day that I don't think helped. I was thinking some sort of project might do them both some good. Do you have any ideas?
