This brightly wrapped box seems to have been left for Jess by a delivery service of some kind. Inside of it is a gorgeous collection of silver-inlaid combs and a brush, along with some crystal hairpins and decorative clips. Attached is a note:

"Hey, Jess! I know it's been a bit since you were all cured up, and maybe this present will seem kinda weird. I hope you won't think so! I just thought... You'd have some pretty hair growing in soon, and maybe you'd want a few nice things to go with it.
