RE: Employee Lounge Accountability
I was dismayed to learn that the third floor coffee maker had been destroyed yesterday afternoon. I find this incident particularly disturbing because no one has stepped up and admitted having any part in, or witnessed the incident in question, leaving the dismantled machine for someone to clean up.
While I do understand mistakes are made, and will be made again, keeping these things secret is a bigger mistake. The responsible party has robbed their co-workers of coffee yes, but also placed everyone in the company under a veil of suspicion by their dishonesty.
Wanting to solve this incident as soon as possible, I would be extremely grateful and relieved for any information or confessions relating to the incident. Machines can be replaced, and , of course, will be, but the problem of not stepping up remains and can cause friction in the smooth running of Wayne Enterprises.
Several of us, and we do know who we are, had our functioning impaired yesterday for an incident that could have been corrected at once had someone stepped up and admitted to what they've done. This type of incident cannot continue, and, in the case of accidental breakage, should have been reported right away so that it could be dealt with.
In the future, please inform someone when you have broken something, and no questions will be asked.
In additional news, our traditional company baseball team is forming and sign up sheets are located in my office. Try outs for positions will take place on May 3rd and 4th, from 6:00 to 8:00 PM. Please consider joining us as we gear up for an exciting baseball season!
Thank You, and have a GREAT weekend!
