Pearl didn't even reply to Will's deliberate non-answer on his journal. She had known what he would say as soon as she threatened to make him choose in person. Instead she just hibernated her laptop, shut it, grabbed her car keys which she stuck into the pocket of her jeans and headed out to his room. Perhaps if it were anyone else Pearl would have just sent a quick reply to say that she was coming, but she was sure Will could cope with her turning up at his room.

It wasn't until she was walking through the boys wing of the student housing that she suddenly realised she had no proof he was even in his room at the moment. He could have been writing from the library or something. Oh well, she'd know soon enough she supposed as she stopped outside his door and tried to open it, hoping it wasn't locked.

Who: Vinnie and Pearl

Where: The music classroom
What: Vinnie's being a little emo..

Ever since Zevira had left, Vinnie hadn't quite been himself. He hated that it had taken him so long to realize he did wanna date her. Now that he looked back at it, his hesitations about that whole ordeal were really lame. But now she was gone and there was nothing he could do about it. He could call and write and maybe even visit, but it just wouldn't be the same. Zev deserved someone who could be there for her all the time and Vinnie obviously couldn't.

Vinnie wasn't the kind of person that hated Valentine's Day, but this year it just definitely wasn't his thing. Talking with Pearl about it over her journal changed his mind for about a second, but then Frankie changed it right back by reminding him that she had made out with Pearl during the spell. Seriously.. was there ANYONE left in the school that he wasn't already connected to in some way or another? It was getting kinda ridiculous.

The disturbing thought of his sister and Pearl kept rearing its ugly head all week that by the time Saturday rolled around, he just couldn't go to the dance. He felt bad for pseudo standing Pearl up after she promised him a dance, but he just couldn't do it. Instead, Vinnie headed out of his room and to the music classroom with his guitar in tow. He'd been working on a new song for a week or so and felt that the mood he was in could work for finishing off the song.

Once in the music classroom, he set up a regular mic and a guitar mic and hooked them up to the recording equipment. Taking a seat in front of the mics with his guitar, he hit the record button as he began to play and sing what he already wrote.

Well, I wish that I was as good as you, caring and trusting.
And I wish that my condition was new, but I'm old and rusting.

What: The little witch goes to find out what has happened to her favourite glam model.

When: Thursday during lunch.

Something was wrong. There she was in advanced art but there was something missing. Will! That was it. There was no glam boy to pass her notes or make cute remarks to make her laugh throughout the lesson. Come to think of it she hadn't really seen much of him at all since the party. Something was wrong with that. They didn't spend every moment together by any stretch of the imagination but surely she should have at least run into him before now, never mind the fact he should be in class. Oh well there was nothing she could do for now.

When class finished it was a different story though. Instead of peeling of towards the cafeteria like most of the other students she saw in the halls she headed back for the student housing, looking out for Will along the way. It was as she entered the shared common room area that she first noticed him. Walking over she sat down on the nearest surface to him. "So what's the deal? Classes too boring for an international model like you?" She joked to him.

Who: Jacob, Pearl and party guests.
When: Evening.
Where: The trees near the edge of campus.
What: Birthday celebrations.

A gentle fog blanketed the school and the night was warmer than the last two had been, marking decent weather for the Hembrys' party. Jacob stood with anticipation in the treehouse he had made, a gazebo like structure in place for the ceiling and walls. At the first glance of the trees on the edge of campus, it seemed like an ordinary forest, but a yellow arrow would appear for the party guests twenty feet away from the party tree. Inside the treehouse was the ceiling that had a cloth over it that was enchanted to show stars and nebulas, and a few chairs on the floor, along with refreshment tables that held lots of sweets and even more alcohol.

Jacob was terrified. A fair number if not all the people he knew at this school were going to be in the same place and he was expected to make small talk with them. One on one he could handle, but a group was a different story. Nervous and more, he knew he needed to get some alcohol in him before he tackled the problem before him. Shoving some chips in his mouth, he ate those before he grabbed a bottle of rum and poured himself a glass.

Who: Pearl and Will
What: Photoshoot
Where: Around the school.
When: Friday after lunch.

Pearl really had no idea what her plans for the shoot with Will were, but she was sure they would end up walking around a bit so she had to make herself take the minimal amount of equipment. Minimal was subjective with her of course so as she wandered down towards his room she had her bag with camera, make-up, lenses, a mini tripod and her normal essentials. She really should have brought the proper tripod but she didn't fancy carting it around so she would have to improvise with what she had and the mini one.

Knocking on his door she ran her hands through her hair and wondered if she had remembered a hairband to tie it back. Speaking of things she should remember she probably should have given him a time or sent him a message to say she was on her way to him. Nevermind. If he was there he was there, if not then she would send him a message and come back later. She was really looking forward to this. Will could make an interesting subject.

Who: Frankie and Pearl
When: Thursday night
Where: Pearl's room
What: time well spent between an obsessive love-sick sprite and a horny witch!

Frankie was furious with her brother. With everyone really. This whole damn school could go to hell, except for Pearl, because Pearl was wonderful. She was the center of Frankie's universe, and Frankie would do anything for her. Even if that meant beating the shit out of Vinnie, which she was fully prepared to do as she snuck out of her dorm room. Frankie half expected to be tackled to the ground by her brother. Why was he trying so hard to keep her and Pearl apart? Stupid magic spell hit and made him horny, and HE got laid. But Frankie was expected to be the good girl and not consummate her relationship with Pearl? TO HELL WITH THAT! Making out was all well and good, but Frankie was tired of waiting to make love to Pearl.

She put on her sexiest bra and panties, in matching black lace, and then just to make sure no one gave her grief, she threw on baggy sweats to cover them. See, she looked totally normal for a trip to a friend's room to study. Yes. Study. Ooh, she should probably take books along. So she grabbed several texts before sneaking out of her room, looking around for tackle happy brothers, and sprinting down the hall to Pearl's room.

She made it without being seen, which was a miracle, and quickly slipped inside the witch's room, nearly slamming the door shut behind her. "VICTORY IS MINE!" she declared with a triumphant smile. Then she saw Pearl. Frankie let the books drop to the floor as she rushed over to her true love and wrapped her arms around the other woman. "I missed you so much," she muttered quickly before pressing her lips tightly to Pearl's.

When: Sunday evening
Where: hall in the girls' dorm
What: the kids have gone CRAZY!

Frankie had only just gotten back to her room after evening Mass, and was busy changing into some comfortable lounging pants and a warm hoodie, when she felt a strange sensation come over her. "Woah.." she said, feeling almost uneasy on her feet for just a second, but then the feeling passed. It was weird, but it was quickly dismissed. Maybe she just needed to eat something.

She looked through her room for snacks, but nothing really appealed to her. It was dinner time, so she slipped on some fuzzy slippers, grabbed her keys and phone, and headed out. Frankie was only a few steps down the hall, when she spotted Pearl walking as well. The strange sensation from before hit again, though it was much stronger now. Within an instant, she felt her heart soar and her head grow light. It was a needy ache. She needed Pearl.

Frankie ran up to the woman and wrapped her arms around her. "I missed you so much while I was at Church. I know it was only an hour, but it felt so much longer... I hate being away from you." Frankie sweetly kissed the woman right on the lips and smiled adoringly at her. "You're so beautiful." Frankie loved this woman... loved her like she'd never loved anyone in her entire life. Why the hell was she engaged to Nathaniel? Who cared about 'image' and being 'traditional'. Frankie didn't want a man, she wanted Pearl.

Who: William and Pearl
What: Will takes Pearl OUT - for a night out at the club! Shake them tassles..

William was a busy boy. Taking out the resident Goth kid, exploring the tunnels to make some kind of party later on and preparing to audition for some play. All topped off in this first week with taking what was apparently a hot blonde girl out to the club in Town. He'd discovered it when he'd been in the area previously, and on returning to Boston he'd been delighted to realise that it was still there. Knowing their destination made the night easier.

He waited at the front of the building, dressed to the nines in a toned-down version of his usual attire. This night was gonna be slick if it was anything like his previous outings.

Less than a day had passed since Jacob saw Pearl and that was bad enough. He experienced a mild panic attack in the presence of Frankie a couple days ago and more since then due to the realization that he had inadvertantly invited a woman over to fix a blender. Yes, it was time to have a good chat with his sister. Heading to the girls' dormitory, he knocked on the door with the secret twin knock they had and opened the door, figuring she'd let him know magically if she was indecent.

"Hey," he said as he walked in and noted the room was just slightly messy. No surprise to him. "You've settled in well." Jacob sat on the bed, leaning against the wall. "What else have you been doing?" He wanted to know if there were any assholes she met he needed to take care off, and he learned he liked listening to her talk a lot more than talking himself. Reaching into his pocket, Jacob pulled out a roll of strawberry flavored hard candy and tossed it to her. Spoiling Pearl was one of his favorite brotherly duties and he gave her presents, small and large, as an additional way of showing affection.

Besides, it was normal and he needed familiarity after a weird few days of so much socialising. He was always at home with her and he felt the stress slipping away in her company.
