Why is the time surrounding New Year's Eve so weird and useless? I even drew a picture to illustrate this:

So, what are everyone's big plans for New Year? My siblings and I usually go for a swim in the lake behind my parent's house. It's a very refreshing way to spend the first day of the new year.

So, now that the holiday rush is over, we can talk about why you needed an alibi for last week. Not that I mind, I'm just obviously living vicariously through you. And I'm nosy.
Oh, and, we're having a little brunch at my place on Friday for the Hogwarts kids before they return to school. So, Panda and Daeda, Daphne and Astoria, Pansy, and the Fawley cousins if their mother approves. Thaleia will also be there, since she's the one doing the actual planning, and the rest of the boys if they can make it. Anyway, if you and Linden can make it that would be great.

Alright, before everybody all moves on to 2018, let's not forget that we're almost to the greatest day of the year: December 29th. A wonderful day. Overshadowed, forgotten, underappreciated, but still important.
