I see the news slipped out very unnecessarily. The MRC is continuing to work to ensure all those going against the Commission are caught and stand trial. We do not stop searching and it was unfortunate one was so close and falsified documents. We continue are work and know the MRC stands strong.

I HAVE BEEN ATTACKED MY HOME WAS SET ON FIRE. My cats are safe, luckily but all of my things destroyed. IF you hear anything let me know!

I wish to extend my condolences to the friends and family of Richenza Selwyn. She was such a wonderful young woman and I cherished the connection we had. She was always a welcoming family member despite how very distant. It brings me such sadness.

Such terrible events took place at the Quidditch match. I encourage anyone who knows anything to speak with the DMLE. No bloodshed should have happened at all that evening.

Last night one of the listed Undesirables, Roxanne Douglas, was handled outside of the means of the Ministry. This is unfortunate but is a result of what can happen when they resort to trespassing. Let this be a reminder one should report any sightings of Undesirables so they can be captured by members of staff and individuals do not need to take matters into their own hands during these tense times when people trespass. And for those who were inconvenienced by the trespassing I do apologize for the surprise it may have caused.

We are seeing some success but I think we could increase our numbers! Don't rely on citizens taking action into their own hands. Had this been another household this could have gone the other way and we could be left with a citizen dead and an Undesirable still on the run.

Tomorrow marks the day when IDs will be required to enter the Ministry and other wizarding establishments. Please ensure you have your IDs or you will be turned away. We will keep the registration open of course so there is still time to get your ID.

Thank you to those have come down to the Ministry for their IDs. The MRC staff have been working diligently to ensure lines are not too long and IDs issued in a reasonable time. Busier times will mean a reduced chance of photo retakes, so please be ready for your picture on the first try.

Reminder that there are five days until IDs will be required.

I hope everyone has been keeping well. I am sure many of you have heard of the new safety initiative. We have had some unsafe situations as of late and the Minister has come to me with this initiative as the Head of the Muggle-born Registration Committee.

What are the IDS?
They are Identification Badges that will have your photo and include your Full name, Date of Birthday, Blood Status, Home address, and finally an ID Number.

Why do I need an ID?
Other than for your own safety. An ID is required to enter Diagon Alley, the Ministry of Magic, St Mungo's, and any other wizarding establishment. Additionally, an ID is required to enter any Diagon Alley or Wizarding establishment. To make a purchase you must have your ID.

Where do I register?
The Muggle-born Registration Committee Office.

Additional Questions
When do I need my ID by? December 11, 2017.
Can I get a new picture? On a case by case basis.
Will we be monitoring you? Oh no, how silly this is a security measure.
Is it required? Yes. You will not be allowed entrance to any of the above-mentioned areas unless you have an ID badge.

How are our efforts going? Some of you are making great progress, while others are lacking in numbers. Perhaps we can discuss the methods of those who are successful, to encourage the others? We need to increase our captures, our monthly total is lacking. I know we can do better, and I know we all wish to do better.

Please introduce yourself to the snatchers. Offer up suggestions as you see them. I want you to be more involved the process as discussed.

The events in Tinworth are disheartening. I trust the CRMC will be looking at their response times in the future. Please, do not take this as an official record as I am not part of the department. But I, as a Head would take these events and learn from them. Such devastation is not okay with the Ministry. I will do my part in helping. I have already made some donations and would encourage everyone to do so.

In positive news, there was a capture made of a muggle-born criminal who dodged registration. I am working with my staff to increase our stats. We are currently averaging 1.5 captures a month, but this is not enough and I will strive to be at least 3 to 5 captures a month. Rest assured all these Undesirables will be caught.

The Ministry Laws should be followed, helping the Wandless is prohibited. I think it best everyone abided by this. If Ministry law was followed vigilantes wouldn't feel it necessary to take matters into their own hands.

WHY ARE YOU ALL LAZY FOOLS

Why my dears, has mudblood Tonks not been captured yet? Please correct this, immediately. If results are not seen jobs will be a stake. We require more captures. Far too many Undesirables remain out there.

FRIENDLY PEOPLE TO UMBRIDGE CAUSE SHE HAS NO TRUE FRIENDS

It appears there is someone willing to break into my office. After the incident with Undesirable #1 my security measures were increased. This must mean someone in the Ministry and this sadness me greatly, that someone would steal from me but also make contact with such a horrible person and not report it. Trouble within these walls must be found out.

And this is what is wrong with fancy over the top ridiculous beverages. I'll stick to my simple black tea, thank you.

Events of last night were unfortunate, but have brought about long over due talks. I think this agreement is a great step forward. Something needs to be done and if this works, then wonderful. If not, something stricter by need to be put in place.

September has simply flown by in a flurry of hearings and trials. Cannot believe it is nearly October. I hope we will have all this registry cleaned up by the end of the year.

Do not make me a liar. Having this cleared up relies on you capturing these fugitives. I have complete faith in your abilities and you will make the Ministry proud. Your services is important. Now, one quick question, why is mudblood Tonks still free? I do not appreciate her mockery of the process.

If you are seeking a cause for celebration, look no further. Today a fugitive has been caught. Patrick Fawcett has been captured and will be tried for the theft of magic and for breaking the law for going on the run. This fugitive obviously had something to hide. One more name to the registry and one more thief off the streets.

In the wake of upsetting news for the Quidditch fans out there, I thought I would bring some good news. The MRC is continuing to do its duty and we are getting through all the hearings with surprising speed. The MRC is being seen as quite successful, despite the efforts of Undesirable #1 and the fugitive friend. Fear not, the disruption has not caused the process to slow.

Today marks the last day of registration. Thank you to those who have already registered and taken the opportunity to show how much the magical world means to you. I hope others follow suit by the end of the day. This is for the best.

And to the many boys and girls, and their parents, who are headed off to Hogwarts soon. Wish you the best. It is most assuredly a time of lots of feelings.
