Good news, everyone!

Ronald is here at the cottage with myself and Bill. He is okay. Missing a number of fingernails: is the Hogwarts apparition class truly so bad?? But he is fine, they can be healed.

Last he saw Harry and Hermione they were alive and well and still out camping in the forest (eugh!) to look for the horcruxes, but it seems he has had something of a row with them and they have become separated. He cannot find them again it seems, so he is here.

(I think they are fighting over Hermione perhaps, but you did not hear this from me if you are to ask Ronald about it!)

If you have any questions we are happy to relay them, but he is very tired and perhaps we should not crowd him with many people so soon.

When will be enough time to chastise him for abandoning his friends in their noble quest?

I am trying to be more understanding. It is my resolution for the New Year.

Herbert Pyrites, if you're reading this, you can stop sending me 'gifts'. I can't tell if you're trying to (re-)marry me or murder me, but I can tell you now that I'm not interested in either. Good day to you, Sir.

Unrelated, Marjorie keeps asking me for a winged pony for Christmas, but I'm thinking that perhaps that's a bit over-the-top even for me. Where would we keep it? It's hard enough to keep the house clean without tiny horses nibbling on the chandeliers.

Alternate suggestions are most welcome!

Also, unrelated to the previous unrelated portion, who do I have to petition to get 'God Rest Ye, Merry Hippogriffs' banned forever? It was always Demeter's favourite, but I'm tired of being haunted by her terrible taste in Christmas carols even now.

there is no way to say 'buy calendars with me shirtless' that doesn't sound awkward, but hey. charity. or just donate to any of the following:

All do work abroad, one with Quidditch outreach for poor kids somewhere, one is a football one with aim to get girls playing, similar to this, and the other two are... idk, but they're real, non-puristy and/or muggle charities that do good things.]
