When: Sunday night
Where: all over the place.. staying on school grounds
What: a tour and getting to know each other
As the sun's final rays dipped below the horizon for a much needed snooze, Charlie grabbed his keys and jacket. He was feeling better than he had in weeks. Things were slowly starting to turn around, thanks to his amazing wife. He'd been hesitant to see Maggie, but it had done them both a world of good.
The arrival of the new security team members helped too. Charlie wouldn't feel obligated to work so hard while he was still trying to recover, and could maybe spend a little more time with his family now that he had plenty of able-bodied people to ensure the safety of everyone on campus. Charlie had hand picked the men, but Myke had come at Hope's request. Charlie wasn't upset about this, even if he didn't totally trust Hope's opinion, because he'd been able to look over Myke's file and determine that she was more than qualified. Hot too. Though that might actually be a bad thing.
As he approached the apartment where she was staying, he sent Ava a quick text telling her that he would definitely be home in a few hours to fuck her senseless. As the message vanished into the oblivion on its way to Ava, Charlie knocked on the door.
