A couple things:

First, the exhibit on the Malfoy, Lestrange, and Avery families at the Society for the Preservation of Magical Heritage opens today. Go see it if you want, I guess.

Second, the opportunity to donate to the Society for the Preservation of Magical Heritage through The Pitch's fundraiser ends this Friday. I hear it's a good cause.

I'm going to try to sabotage the pureblood exhibition tonight if anyone wants to join me.

DEATH EATERS

We've made a great deal of progress in the last several months. I have come ever closer to showing that I am the most powerful wizard in the world. And you, the selected few and elite among the weak, have brought yourself ever closer to seizing power from those who have led us, our culture and traditions to decay.

Yet I remain troubled by news of open protests from within and without our ranks. That there remain those who question me and my power. Those people are our enemies. Their brazen defiance spreads from one person to the next and must be stopped. There is a reason people are afraid to say my name. There is a reason the sight of your masks makes a wizard's blood run cold. And yet, it seems there are many who still feel comfortable criticizing the work we've done to preserve the greatest parts of our world, all for their benefit. Those who wish to destroy us and our legacies are emboldened by the open provocation of people like Gawain Robards, Xenophilius Lovegood, and the Order of the Phoenix. I want you all to remind the people of Tinworth that voting for Gawain Robards would be a terrible mistake. And let the Wizengamot know that supporting him in any way will cost them more than their seat. Show those who defy us the error of their ways.

I must say, I’m rather getting the hang of this press coverage thing. Thank you for a fascinating interview session, Madam Malfoy. I must be sure to obtain an extra copy to send to my son at Hogwarts.

I’d like to also take the time to thank everyone who turned up at my coffee afternoon last week. It was a fascinating time. I’m sure I won’t be able to distance myself from the interesting ideas people had for quite a while. It was also a pleasure to show some of my guests around my greenhouse and potting shed so they could see how much planning and detail I go into even just for my gardening exploits.
