It was Friday night and therefore Fluffy was out. Not that she did not go out every night if she could manage, but a Friday was always special. She and Nicci had gone their separate ways, promising they'd meet again as the night wore on, and now Fluffy was here at this run-of-the-mill joint with some people from college. A shot followed by another shot, and by ten thirty everybody was pretty buzzed. And this was what Fluffy called a party.

There was some shitty band playing, people were moshing, and the lighting was too low to see anything. An accident waiting to happen, and Fluffy loved it. So far she had punched two girls for getting offended at having a drink accidentally poured on them, but Fluffy was still having fun. And as her drink was spilled she downed another and ran for the bar to ask for more. "Hey! Gimme a Boilermaker!" A self-respecting bartender would've cut her off, but this place wasn't reputable like that. As the shot glass got dropped into the beer, Fluffy chugged happily.
