Nikita wasn't a fan of the vampire bar by any stretch of the imagination. To her it was merely a milestone of how modern vampires were bringing themselves down to par with humans. Pathetic. They were the superior race and didn't need to mix and mingle with such filth. Then again, it was a good neutral place to meet up with other fellow vampires without appearing suspicious. Always having to do things for the sake of appearances. Not to mention her house probably loved the fact she was making an appearance at the bar. Good rep for the Roses, after all.

Aside from the fact her abilities were completely dead in the area - she was sure there was a dead zone in the area fucking with her - Nikita was on the giddy side. It had been some time since she saw the fellow dealer and last she saw in the papers was that her shop had burned down. Hopefully Jezebelle was fine and her drug business had been salvaged. Sitting at a personal booth in the VIP section, Nikita sipped on her small glass of angelic water elemental blood to put her mind at ease and overlooked that dance floor below, hoping that Jezebelle didn't forget about their catch-up date, so to speak.

One contact down. Meeting up with Nikita, actually seeing her for the first time, could've gone so much worse than it did. Apparently some people were less amused with discovering that they'd had the wool pulled over their eyes for years of business. Ah well, business was just that and there was nothing that could be done to change it. Not that Karine really wanted to. She'd had a successful life after death and changing it? No thank you.

Though renewing contacts and actually informing them of who she really was - that was priceless. Hopefully this next one wouldn't be so tense about it. And what would he do if he was? Cut my head off when one of those swords. Oh but that'd leave such a mess! The blonde vampire shuddered just thinking about the mess that swords left. Sure she'd used them at times through the centuries but she'd always cleaned the mess immediately after and burned the clothes if any spattered on it. Blood may have been life to her but it just wasn't the same if it sprayed out and stained her clothes. Feeding had been a disaster her first three decades and she hadn't been able to wear anything in a light shade.

Focus. Karine pushed the door leading into the Armory open and stepped in. Clean. Good. After that she looked closer at everything. There was a familiar feel about all of it. "Hello?" she questioned.

Lounging by the pool with her mother, Satu and Bren had been nice. Sort of. If you considered it lounging, which Dagmar was having trouble doing. She sure as hell hadn't lounged and was still shocked that a geyser of water hadn't just gone and soaked the fire elemental. Always talking about her crushes like that. You'd think that she'd gained some decency or at least humility at some point. Apparently not even around Satu. And now she was stuck watching the little girl for the rest of the night... unless... "Valterri! Come down here and make sure that Satu doesn't kill anything, including herself. I'm having someone over." Hopefully. If she called and he didn't answer then she'd just have to do something else. She really didn't think she could take keeping Satu entertained for the rest of the night without losing her mind, her emotions were already awhirl from her run in at Victoria's Secret and then Bren being over... yeah, she needed to relax.

Sliding open the glass door and padding over to one of the deck chairs, Dagmar flopped down and scrolled through her contacts until she found the right one. If anyone would be up for a swim and hanging out in this town then it'd be Danny Montgomery. Pretty much a staple in life since they'd both been on the high school team, graduated together and then gone on to U of M. Her shades got flipped down to cover her eyes as she relaxed back, waiting for him to answer. "Danny! It's Dagmar. If you're not too busy would you like to come over for a swim? Going stir-crazy with just my family." That and he qualified as one of those boys who looked more than good enough to flirt with.

Alanna understood the allure shopping held for most girls. Really, she did. Going and getting new clothes, giggling over said clothes and the boys that passed by while you were shopping or the ones who looked at you, smoothies to drink while you were going through the mall and an extremely unhealthy dinner at the food court after. All of that she understood. Granted it was more because of what she'd seen on TV and in the movies than anything else... but that counted, right? She could do the shopping thing without freaking out from all of the people and running away because she was with people that she knew and that made it okay.

Except she did not know everyone. As Alanna climbed out of her car - having decided to just come straight from campus instead of driving back and changing or something. Like I really even got dirty when I was at class... please. Shaking her hair out, Alanna walked through the parking lot and slipped into the main entrance, stepping off into a little niche to watch for the others. Well, for Ariana and Roxy. Those two she would recognize. The third one, Adelle, she had no idea what she looked like. For all she knew she could be standing right on the other side of the door. This is why you should never be the first one here. Try for last next... okay, not really. Can't have Ari freaking out because she can't find me. Sighing, she reached up t ofiddle with a piece of her hair while she waited.
