Last night one of the listed Undesirables, Roxanne Douglas, was handled outside of the means of the Ministry. This is unfortunate but is a result of what can happen when they resort to trespassing. Let this be a reminder one should report any sightings of Undesirables so they can be captured by members of staff and individuals do not need to take matters into their own hands during these tense times when people trespass. And for those who were inconvenienced by the trespassing I do apologize for the surprise it may have caused.

We are seeing some success but I think we could increase our numbers! Don't rely on citizens taking action into their own hands. Had this been another household this could have gone the other way and we could be left with a citizen dead and an Undesirable still on the run.

Robards, my dear neighbour, what awful news I saw in the Prophet today. Of course, I crossed paths with Morgan on many occasions and while he was never quite my calibre of duellist he always tried and that's what they say the most important thing is! I was just saying to my dear friend Lucius Malfoy last night that my dear son Theodore has this awful habit of dropping his left elbow when he duels that's such a Morgan Robards thing to do.

Anyway, I'm sure I speak for the entire neighbourhood (if I may, I know the polls said otherwise!) when I say I'm deeply sorry for your loss and I hope that this nasty situation with your mother is resolved soon.

In other news, I spotted the first snowdrop flower along the verge today. Perhaps spring is coming after all! And isn't that something to look forward to!
