I'll tell you a secret. The Werewolves I know aren't dark, bloodthirsty beasts glad to snack on your flesh and turn you. Most of them, when not living a nomad's lifestyle to live somewhere mildly above poverty, are scared to death of the Ministry. And they're scared that Fenrir Greyback's rule will mean that they will be castigated, spurned and hunted all the more than they have been previously.

As we keep ourselves safe I would only ask that you remember that the actions of a few hell-bent on terror do not make up the will of the majority. It is the same with Werewolves and the Ministry as it is with Wizards and the Ministry.

Find your voice. You're quite a lot louder than they are if you'll only stop fearing them.

I know it can be harrowing to be out of your home, especially with the full moon and me. But you are both welcome here quite as long as you need or desire it. We're safe as we can be. Plus, living fully whilst flaunting the law has rather become a bit of art for us.
