Our contact with subject went unexpectedly well. Subject believes agent to be an ally. Everything should proceed as planned.

It will not be as easy to bring subject in next time, suggest alternative methods. Allies rallying around. Preparations are being made. Subject has skilled ally (Vakarian? description matches dossier).

Interpol agent in town, sniffing around. May or may not be on your trail. No intel yet.

Would your facility be able to house a minor in significant danger, whose possible genetic make up could prove threatening in the future, both to them and others? I can't say much here, but well, said minor's someone's fucked up idea of a science project and in need of somewhere those bastards can't reach. Provided I can locate him/her, and frankly, I'd rather know s/he's safe than out there where they can be reached.
