She could be at the educational center experimenting with a tangle of wires and circuits. She could be in her apartment, flipping through the movie selection. If you're one to be in her apartment that is. In fact, she is in all these places and more since you have to go in between to get here and there. She may look a little distant at first, but she'd rather have the company than not.]

[DAYTIME: Walking in a floral wonderland. Not to be confused with an actual wonderland. Completely different event. You could be anywhere and everywhere today and not escape the petals.

DANCE: The sector 2 garden is a little extra pleasant and inviting this evening. Gentle breeze, beautiful flowers, delicious hor d'oeuvres, sparkling punch, and music. And dry. Did we mention it's dry? Not a single flood as far as the eye can see. So, find someone and get out there and dance.]

It doesn't look like things are slowing down, so I think we should take precautions and start moving people and supplies up to the floating island. It might be overkill, but I'd rather be safe than soaked. We'll get you back down or into the upper levels of the apartments if it stops.

But for now everyone get to the Defense Force headquarters. We'll gather on the roof there to head up to the island. Bring food, ponchos, whatever you might need.

I need everyone who can get to the island with flight, phasing, leaps of strength, teleporting, whatever to start ferrying people and supplies up there. I'm not just talking to the force either. [That's right, you've been enlisted.]

There's also no shelter up there and since it's obviously raining I want someone putting together a list of what we need to make a water-proof shelter up there fast. Speaking of fast, Wally consider yourself on assembly duty. While we're at it, let's make some rafts just in case. Gather up what you can find in the stores. I've never wanted to go kayaking, but that doesn't mean it's not available.

Volunteers need to respond or I'll start volunteering you.

We aren't keeping anyone at a dispatch station during this, but if anyone needs help, don't forget you have a communicator attached to your face. We'll get to you. Now, move.

[There's no fanfare today. The museum has something about the benefits of sheep's wool. There are no decorations up. The clothing shops have the same sort of stock they had yesterday. And there are no specialized dishes at the restaurants, but you can probably find a power bar at the convenience store, but there's nothing new there.

What is new is whatever power you woke up with or without today. What you do with that is up to you and whomever you encounter.]

I've got a few questions for those who've been here long, or the longest.

What's been tried and what hasn't. You've probably all heard this a thousand times over but bear with me, I'm new. [Snort.] The walls don't get damaged, I figured that one out on my own. But who's dug down? How far've you gone? What areas are restricted and has anyone figured a way in. If not, what's stopping you. Because believe me, I'm durable. More so when I'm pissed off.

[Kitty is standing in a clothing store in Sector 4, trying not to freak out. She doesn't understand how it's possible, but she woke up decidedly pregnant or at least her reflection did. Not so much that it looks like she's giving birth any second, but more than enough to know it's not just that burrito from last night.

Shockingly, the prison clothing store does not carry maternity wear, but she needs something to...hide it. Until she can figure this out.

And eventually she'll have to leave the store, so there might be some attempts at stealth mode getting back to the apartment. Is it safe to airwalk through tree limbs while pregnant? Watch out for occasional falling leaves when she solidifies for a break.]

If we are so replaceable here, it is questionable about whether our lives hold the same weight here as they might elsewhere. Do your worlds value life? Are only some lives sacred and worth protecting? I want to understand this.

[Rogue has been working a good part of the day getting ready for dinner. Peter is coming over to see her new place and to meet Logan. This is a big deal since Logan is pretty much the most important person in Rogue's life. She's making slow cooked barbeque pork, sweet potato casserole and coleslaw.

She scrubbed the apartment from ceiling to floor as well during the day, but by six o' clock everything is clean, scented candles are burning, dinner is almost ready, the table is set and Rogue is just coming out of her room fastening her earrings. She's wearing a pair of cargo pants, a tee shirt and her gloves, the tops of her arms bare. She's left her hair down.]

Logan! He oughta be here pretty soon.
