Light of May ::: an original roleplay

It had been one busy weekend for the vampire, one that consisted of absolutely no sleep the minute Domina left him. Lex had a horrible habit of pushing himself too far, but it paid off in the end. He had stocked up on the blood Domina asked for, making sure that nearly every combination was available in at least a pint's worth. A few combinations were missing, like how there was no female water elemental blood or any psychic blood with an angelic touch to it or any fire elemental blood at all, but for the most part he covered the basics extremely well. He prided in the fact he knew what the hell he was doing, and for just a weekend Lex thought he did a damn good job.

With all the blood stocked up, Lex wrote a quick note to Domina and left it pinned to her office door, briefly stating that her order was complete. Towards the end he mentioned that he left two "surprises" for her in the slave chambers and was welcomed to do whatever the hell she wanted to do with them. The siren was the most tempting to Lex, mainly due to her blood. He couldn't remember the last time he fed off of a siren. Had to be at least a hundred years ago. Lex finished the note saying he would be in his chambers if she needed him, but warned her he may be sleeping.

In reality, there was no "may" in that. After writing the note, Lex headed right to his dark chambers within the brothel, closed the door behind him, and began preparing for some much needed sleep. He removed all his clothing, minus a pair of boxer briefs, then proceeded to close himself up in one of the large chests on the floor. No light would leak through in that, which was just what he needed. Letting out a relieved sigh, the vampire gradually feel into a well-deserved slumber.
