Where: A coffee shop

Rowena had given Tayne a call that morning to see about dropping his books off for him. Setting up a little meeting at a local coffee shop so they could share some coffee, conversation and maybe one of those nifty little croissants. Rowena arrived first, the books in her messenger bag and found a seat near the back. It wasn't busy inside the shop which was nice, but when talking about sensitive subjects like weredom, Rowena liked her privacy. Settling herself into her seat, she waited for Tayne to arrive.

It was earlier than Tayne really wanted to be up, though he was anyway since he had a housemate now and it tended to wake him up earlier than he'd have liked. Plus, if it was early enough, once he finished here he could go home and finish up Krist's bedroom.

Late in the morning or early in the afternoon, a well-dressed messenger comes to the homes of Katie, Myra and Blake, Freddie, Tilly, Claire and Madock, Lily, Rhys and Dorian, Ransom and Jessalyn, Bunny, Gabe, Charlotte, and Psalm, offering up an invitation in an elegant blue and gold envelope. But the teenagers involved in the kidnapping incident are not the only ones to get invitations. Other invitations arrive in the mail today, though they are only slightly less grand. Getting a 'simpler' invitation to a party held in honor of the teenagers safe return are: Sebastian, Nastasiya, Aiden, Tayne, Amelia, teachers of SOHS, Luke's family, and various big-names in the area. Domina also passed out invitations to the Ad Gustum whores (networking, for the win).

Well that was disappointing. Here I was thinking they'd finally found my letter to Hogwarts. Which I'm still not over never getting, by the way.
